That was the worst Burger I ever had taken out before. You can tell it was cooked in a microwave and sat there. the roll it was disgusting you can tell with the moisture was all over it. Drive thru had 5 cars in it so we we went inside. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and finally asked the guy next to us if he was in line or already been helped. He replied, Noone has even acknowledged me. There another woman at the counter too.

The manager Amit needs to be fired. Having a manager like him at this store is beyond embarrassing, especially one who hangs the phone up on anyone who wants to address a concern. I was a manager at fast food for years and the way this man treated our family was beyond disappointing. I will never be coming back to this location again. Amit, if you’re reading this, please tell me what’s so hard about talking to a customer with respect and not hanging the phone up any time we want to address a situation with you? This man does not possess a ounce of respect or manager qualities, acting worse than a child.

I was ignored for about 5 mins while several people in the kitchen had loud inappropriate conversation and someone did a task turned away from the counter. When I was finally addressed and gave my order the person took another order and fixed their blizzards. I wanted water but the person went back to whatever they were doing. Between me and the other customer we had what equalled one combo and it was still over ten minutes. I checked the food in the car. It was cold. I had to be somewhere and did not want to be late so I’d just heat it later. The beef was cold, tasteless, and tough. The bun was cold and kinda flat. Why do I aways get tomato butts when I order LTM? The cheese was horrible and the bacon was stringy. Even the water was awful. This place is expensive so they should do a whole lot better

We ordered 2 large blizzards. One oreo dirt pie and the caramel cheesecake. Between the two we found about a pound of gummies worms with a bit of ice cream covering them. They were gross!!!! Spoke with some guy who said he was the manager who said he would fix the cheesecake but the other is suppose to have gummies worms. BEWARE…THE SIGN SAYS OREO DIRT PIE NOT GUMMIE WORM DIRT PIE. We go there regularly…but not anymore. Run by a children!
