Caihley was amazing! Super friendly, fast, and made sure my order was perfect. She went above and beyond with great service and a positive attitude — definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at this Dairy Queen!

My family goes here often, I wanted to try the new pumpkin blizzard, I have been having 1 everyday for the past 3 days. Dangerously delicious..
Banana split was decent, not worth the price. They give you 1/2 of a banana cut in half.
The cheesecake blizzard with strawberries was good and the mint chip cookie dough blizzard is really good too.

Fix your ice cream, its not good right now.

As found on reddit:

“Could also be an issue with the machine itself. If allowed to be used too long, the blades in the beaters do indeed wear down and eventually lose the ability to scrape the product from inside the barrels. This negatively impacts texture. Recommended replacement cycle is 90 days. I routinely allow them to go a full 120 days due to the costs of maintenance parts. The blades the last time probably went over that, as a result of me losing track of if I did/didn’t in the spring like I usually would have, and ended up being icy like you described. Replacing the blades cured it. About 180 days is where you’d expect issues to come up.

What’s happening here is a direct result of overrun mix issues. It’s not able to mix air and base adequately. This also causes the product in the machine to overfreeze which itself causes more mechanical issues in the machine, such as drive axle breaks, coupler breaks (between the axle and the beater), and plastic bushings shattering – there are hard plastic bushings at the head of the machines just behind the head block. Those can be shattered as a result of product becoming hard frozen and the system engaging the beaters either in standby mode or in production mode. The torque applied at that moment has shattered the drive axle coupler in one of my machines before.

I have my replaxment cycle set such that I replace all wear items in the spring just as spring break kicks off in anticipation of travel traffic, and again about the time school starts back up. This maximizes the peak performance of the wear items and places their worst performance around the period they’re least likely to he overworked in each cycle”

Not sure what the heck happened, but the blizzards my husband and I got were just OFF. We were child free for the night and craving an ice cream treat. Chose DQ over another establishment that sells frozen ice cream treats and food. Lesson learned.

After spending an arm and a leg for a tiny ice cream treat (their mediums are like smalls; probably smaller with shrink-flation), I expect it to taste as it should. It did not. It had a weird, maybe fruity taste to it. We couldn’t put our finger on it. But they were both like that and neither of us decided to eat them.

If you do visit this location, it’s best to use the drive-thru. Parking here sucks. I’ve been to this location a few times, one of which was to pick up a cake.

That experience was awful too. The girl working was rude as hell. Zero customer service.

There are plenty of places to spend your money. This is not one of them.

This place is awesome! The employees I dealt with were super polite, they accidentally gave me a medium Oreo blizzard with my meal which was actually the customer in line behind mine, and in my stupidity I took a couple bites of it and then realized I didn’t order a blizzard, offered to pay they said don’t worry about it that it was their bad, they’re extremely nice about it. Plus I got a free blizzard How can I complain? They do a great job here and it’s pretty busy when I’m there and they seem to get that drive through moving at a pretty quick pace. They do a good job there I would definitely recommend.
