We stopped in today for a quick brunch after our town errands. The girl at the register was very helpful with me learning to use the app. And we were not disappointed in our meal. Everything was fresh and hot. We really did enjoy the stack burger with bacon and onion rings on it! And the chicken tenders were extra yummy. I do believe we will be back here again.

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The young girl taking my order had a very unpleasant attitude towards me and was awfully rude!! So much for respecting your elders!! The young lady named ALYSSA she is around 17-18. I don’t know whose daughter this is but do better parents!! beware if she takes your order she is despicably rude! I AM INCREDIBLY DISSATISFIED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This Dairy Queen has been in Casa Grande since I was kid, and that’s back in the 80’s! This place a few face lifts over the years, but the quality of the sweet confectionery delights have stayed the same! This is the perfect place to make you smile and cool off on a warm beautiful day!

Just got back from DQ for my grand kids . I sat at the drive up window for 61/2 minutes. When I pulled up one sundae was done .And I watched the second one come then no more. Then 5 minutes later the third one got there and the last one . The ice cream was melted in the first one and so was the second . By the time I got home 2 miles away and only 2 lights the third was on its way. The best part I took a cooler and refrigerated them on the way home . Very disappointed in the way the staff handled this one. Poor training on managements part.

Dairy Queen has such an amazing ambience. we always choose it as a place to relax and enjoy ice cream and food together! The service is amazing and the staff is on top of things. Our food always comes out hot, it’s delicious!

Ordered several items via the drive thru even though they were out of quite a few toppings. While waiting at the window for about 5 minutes watching the dipped cone melt on the counter. They then handed us our melted cone and what appeared to be our medium blizzard. My blizzard was rattling like a maraca so I opened the lid, where I found a small or mini blizzard placed inside a medium blizzard cup.

I do enjoy the value priced meals at Dairy Queen. Service is kind of hit and miss. More often than not, I end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes for the food out of the drive-through window. The meals come with a small sundae, but they want to hand it to you before the hot food is ready and ice cream is melting before you leave the reswith your full order. Staff there is not typically very friendly.

I know it happens quite often at every food service. But when you get a hair 8 inches long now someone’s not paying attention or it was purposely done. Jus saying. The hair comes from underneath the scoop of ice cream all covered in chocolate.
