The staff is friendly, but no bacon on the bacon cheeseburger, and everything on it when it was ordered plain… order was completely wrong… salad was not edible (brown slimy lettuce) … the fries were nearly empty… Also, why is everyone in dirty sweatpants and stained t shirts? Also, hair in there face and long hair in and around the food? Sorry but yuck. I feel like the other location is a little cleaner.

Each time we come here to get food we’re ripped off with pathetic portions and end up going to another place to get more food for the kids because they’re still hungry. Don’t waste your money here.

I go to this location quite often, and I always enjoy the staff and I usually order the same thing. Apparently they are now charging for ANY kind of dipping sauce although my receipt said it was a request for an “extra” which it was not. So, if you want to dip your chicken in a (1) sauce of any sort, its an extra $0.25 and if you want (1) fry sauced, it is also an extra $0.25. Oh, and make sure they actually put it in your bag because I had to turn around and go back for what I actually paid for. :-(.

Went to dairy queen tonight and got two blizzards. One tasted good but they forgot the cookie dough (even though it was on the receipt). The other tasted SOUR. It was made with chocolate soft serve. I cannot make this up. We’re hoping we do not get food poisoning.

i had to repeat my order 3 times at the drive thru and then be told to wait a second. i wait 5 minutes at the speaker box and finally give my order. they give me my blizzards and one had a hole that’s already leaking. both are totally wrong in what i ordered. since it was 10 pm and they were closed already, there was no way to fix them. this isn’t even the first time i get my order wrong. its my final time going to this location.

Hard to order food here speaking English. Asked for an Oreo dipped come (advertised on DQ website) and cashier looked at me funny and laughed saying they don’t serve that. Was hard to order a butterscotch dilly bar. Not sure why. Language barrier I guess. The treats we ordered took a long time (2 dilly bars and 2 small blizzards) even though the restaurant was almost empty. Felt kind of like a hangout spot for employees that’s interrupted by customers. When our order was finally done we didn’t know. As far as I know it wasn’t announced and they certainly didn’t bring it. I can’t to check on it and saw our order (ice cream treats) melting away on the counter. I asked how long it sat there and the employee said something like, only a few minutes. Was weird how little they cared. Despite the melting, the ice cream treats were still good.

Went in for a Blizzard and was ignored at first as one employee was staring at his phone while another was cleaning the floor with a rag under his foot. The floor cleaner eventually took my order – his t-shirt was filthy, with a huge hole in the front and his demeanor was slovenly. I tried to ask him a question about my order but he completely ignored me. Like someone else said, my Blizzard was partially melted when I got it and was completely melted before I could finish it. To be fair, on a visit a few weeks before, an older guy served me at the drive-thru and he was great!
