Came through drive through waited 20 minutes, ordered a simple shake with the fudge in the middle. It didn’t have any. I asked for some dipping sauces for my food and the girl at the window just rolled her eyes. After waiting a while she came back with a new shake. But again it’s wrong! I just left I get it you’re busy but no need for attitude.

I haven’t been to a Dary Queen in a while; but it is always a good experience when I do find myself in one. The burger was good and the fries were top notch. Anytime im in Utah, it’s always a must to get Fry Sauce.

The staff gave very quick service. The restroom was well cared for. The ice cream is better than the food, but my chicken was still pretty good. Great spot to stop when you are traveling on I-15.

Stopped here for some food on a road trip, was excited to try the new garlic Parm chicken tenders. The restaurant itself is set up a little awkward, as if they want you to walk in through the gas station instead of the door. It’s very small. This being said, they had half the restaurant and all their decently sized tables saved for a soccer team. Which I definitely can understand, but at the same time it left ourselves and many other customers struggling to find seating on a busy Saturday afternoon. I feel like this is not the type of place for that. The chicken was not for me, it taste like Buffalo Bills garlic parmesan sauce. I think they’d be better off with some type of a dry seasoning. They were very over sauced and left thingys soggy and messy. But the fries where good, the portion sizes are more than enough, and at the start of a long road trip it was more than enough for me. The Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie Blizzard was good but nothing special. Tasted like any other PB shake. Was really missing the “pie” aspect.

This was horrible I got chicken strips smothered in bbq sauce and they did not smother them! And it was like 60%fat and 40% cartilage and meat. I got a cotton candy blizzard and there is almost no cotton candy in it. Don’t go here, if I could rate it 0 I would, no I would rate it – 10/10 never eating here again. This is an abomination to Dairy Queen. Just go to the gas station and get food it will taste better. And now my stomach is gurgling more before I ate. DO. NOT. GO. HERE! And the person that took our order rolled his eyes every time we asked for changes or even just ordering on the menu. There was a poster that said new smothered honey bbq and I asked for that and he said I don’t see that here is bbq! I’m mad!!

As a DoorDasher, I’ve picked up from just about every restaurant in Cedar City, and Dairy Queen is the ONLY place that treats us with outright disrespect. Every single time, they act like we’re a problem instead of a partner literally helping their business.
Today was the final straw. I confirmed the shakes in the app right in front of the employee, and he physically snatched them out of my hands like I was trying to steal them. No apology. No explanation. Just pure attitude and hostility. We’re not criminals we are providing a service that brings THEM customers and money.
Everywhere else in Cedar City, McDonald’s, Costa Vida, Cafe Rio, even the busiest fast food places treat dashers like human beings. But Dairy Queen acts like we’re an inconvenience or a threat.
I’ve never been treated this poorly by any restaurant while doing my job. Completely unprofessional, rude, and embarrassing behavior toward people literally helping their business stay open. If I could leave less than zero stars, I absolutely would.

I indulged in a massive Red velvet Blizzard, loaded with brownie bites, cheesecake bites, Reese’s, and Snickers. It might have been excessive, but the taste was simply divine! The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my experience even more enjoyable.

Food is great except the burgers. DO NOT GET THE BURGER! Fries are fantastic. The service people are usually jsut teenagers trying to get over with their shift and not very friendly or helpful. Once a guy gave me the wrong order, I tried to tell him politely this is not mine and he snapped back at me “Yes it is lady what’s your problem” I love the food so I will be coming back but they need to get better employees.

Customer service was fantastic. Just the food is real bad. Onion rings I received were so over cooked it hurt my teeth. And on my sandwich I received an entire slice of onion, no not a ring, the whole mf slice. I could look past the onion rings being over cooked but my “onion sandwich” I cannot. Oh and no receipt either so I can’t go back and get it fixed.
