This is a good quick place to grab a bite to eat. The interior is a bit out dated at this point and the teens behind the counter can do the job pretty well. I did have one worker distracted by a friend when i came in so it was a bit annoying to have to wait til they were done to finish the rest of my order we had started. Otherwise, my family loves their food and i enjoy their chicken strips with queso. I’ll keep coming back for sure as it’s very convenient.

Typically Dairy Queen. Got my chicken strip basket and you know I had to get a blizzard. Staff was more than great. The music could use some work.

This is the worst DQ we’ve been to, we order sauce and tossed tenders and most of the time they skimp out on the sauce part, which is extra, and the ranch was like water down like soup. The fry’s were cold. Other times we’ve come the toast wasn’t actually toasted.

The boy behind the counter had to go on break, didn’t seem very courteous. The boy that replaced him wasn’t much better. Ordered our food to go and when it was ready brought it over with the box open, no sauces either!? When I asked for sauce he just brought it over and literally just dropped it in the box without saying a word. Food portion was sad and way over priced! I believe this will be the last time my family and I will visit this venue!

Do you know the place was extremely busy
The young man behind the counter was working as fast as he could, pretty awkward but he was trying his best.
What’s going to give an extremely bad rating but I do understand that they were probably short-staffed.
He went out of his way to help so even though that I was unpleased with the service that I got or having to wait so long I still gave him a tip because he was definitely trying.

The lady who took our order in the drive thru must of been having a bad day or something but she was very rude. Then we sat in the drive thru for more than 10mins to get 4 small blizzards. When they actually handed it to us they were melting so I had to ask for napkins to wipe up the mess. The boy who handed it to me didn’t let me know what blizzard was what so we had to figure it out. Just wasn’t a good day for them or something.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Customer service was absolute trash. The kids cooking in the back or talking and goofing around and throwing patties while people were waiting in the lounge. I had ordered tenders and blizzards and had to remind them that I ordered blizzards. It wasn’t crazy busy but just normal hours.

Food was good for the price. It was pretty busy and there was a bus full of students, but the young man behind the counter had excellent customer service skills and came and checked on us after to make sure everyone had everything. I think his name was Matheu? Whatever it was, he did an amazing job and our food came out quickly. Will be coming back again

Not great, the hamburgers were not great, chicken strips and fries were good, Sprite and ice cream was good. Not in love with the service. I paid money, with no one behind me they asked me to pull forward. So I waited in a parking spot but they did not bring out any napkins I asked for ketchup, they ran back in and brought me out one packet of ketchup for 3 boxes of french fries. I would have preferred they left me at the window. Would not recommend.

I understand now it’s turning to summer but these cones were dipped after they started to melt… they tried giving these to me without a cup. Two seconds with a small child holding it and it would have ended up on the car floor. Shake even say a long time causing separation at the bottom. My home is two minutes away from the restaurant so this was not the cause of driving home in a hot car.
