This is a Superb location! It has a very cute, stylish, and cleanly interior and restroom(s). The food is always cooked to perfection! The service is fast, polite, and professional. And I always have a consistently great experience for every visit! My only, small critique is that it would be a nicer experience (for me, personally) if the booth seats were cushioned, like the chairs, instead of hard.

This was my first time for a Dairy Queen visit. My man has wanted a Peanut Buster Parfiat for as long as I can remember we ended up with a gift card from a family party. I can say the 10 minute drive was worth it. Fast fast service. Tasty sweets. I’d say my Oreo Blizzard was top tier for a “shake” near one of my best.

I would like to file a complaint regarding an employee identified as Mrs. Ale Marés at your Vineyard location.
I ordered three ice creams at the drive-thru and only received one. When I tried to clarify the order, Mrs. Marés responded rudely, closed the window, and refused to resolve the situation.
I went inside to speak with her respectfully, but she refused to come out for over 15 minutes. When she finally did, she would not allow me to speak and denied my request for a refund.
When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. She then crumpled my receipts and threw them toward my face, stating she would not issue a refund.
This incident was captured on the restaurant’s security cameras, where she threw the crumpled receipt at my face in front of employees and customers.
This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I am requesting a full refund and a review of this incident.

We ordered a kids meal which comes with a drink a cone. They forgot to give us a drink and we didn’t think about it because they didn’t give us the kids cone and we told them it came with a kids cone and they disagreed.

First time in this location and we were impressed by the service, ambience, and cleanliness of this place!
Went there specifically for blizzards: all strawberry, Oreo hot cocoa, banana split (sans pineapple), and just plain Oreo. All were really good, especially the Oreo hot cocoa! That flavor was the star of the show!
Taylor took care of us really well and made sure all the blizzards were done to our liking. He even went beyond our expectations by making sure the water option of the self serve drinks was working in good order – will def come back to this cute gem!

We went through the drive through. Ordered a snickers blizzard they made it with chocolate ice cream. Who does that? Fries were not crispy at all and were warm at best. They have a sign up about Pennie’s stating there is a shortage and that if you pay cashed they will round to the nickel. Drive thru took for ever i’m not enough strawberry sauce on their strawberries sundae either. 30 bucks for a large blizzard, small sundae fries, and onions

I hate showing up to restaurants when they are about to close… One, because the quality of food is usually lower, but also just out of common decency! I remember what it was like working when I was younger and would despise it when someone came in just before close lol. On this particular night though, I made an exception; I had just gotten back from driving all the way from Vegas, and live just over the bridge so I figured why not? Let me tell you everyone at this location was so kind, especially the cashier named Sophia ( I think that was her name lol) !!! The food came out steaming hot too! Cant reccomend this place enough!
