I live down the road, but I’ve actually never been to this Dairy Queen before. Our family was about to watch the season finale of The Mandalorian and we wanted a fun treat to celebrate with. We decided to get everyone a blizzard from DQ.

Please do not go to this location. We were treated very poorly and when we gave a gift card to the cashier, she rolled her eyes at us and almost forgot our shakes. There was a sign saying they had cake and when we asked about flavors the lady taking our order said they didn’t have any but then the manager came onto the intercom and explained that they did, they were just melted. No big deal, but the way the last didn’t even explain anything and acted like we were stupid was weird.

Went a couple nights ago and it was terrible. If they keep up that quality they will shut down. Fries were barely warm and flimsy. Burger was not done with any sort of quality. Very disappointing.

Waited in line for 30 minutes at 8, just to get some ice cream. Was Informed that double dipped chocolate ice cream is no longer a thing at this location, also only got 7-9 pieces of cheesecake for The add on price I was charged 🙁 Was too expensive, too slow not worth the time for a dessert I can go and buy ice cream at the store myself.

Came in for dessert. Spent 40 minutes in the drive through for the young women to say they are very understaffed for a Friday night. I watched at least 15 cars drive away. After ordering I was quoted 20 minutes longer for 2 ice cream sundaes. I saw some people trying to walk in to which they would return to their car and leave. I am assuming they had the lobby doors locked. Management needs to seriously consider staffing more on the weekends so the staff isn’t so stressed out. Otherwise they’ll probably lose them too.

I’ve given them several chances but they consistently get my simple orders wrong. Due to a peanut allergy I can’t really take chances eating whatever they decide to give me instead of my order. Will not be returning.

I got a Snickers Blizzard, it was very delicious, was made just perfect, and the French fries were very good too. My daughter got a Brownie Oreo cookie Parfait and she said it was made perfect and was yummy lol, and got French Fries and were very good. It was warm enough so we sat outside and enjoyed our food and dessert.

Literally the worst location ever! Came to the drive thru on a Sunday at 8:35, location says they close at 9PM. PLENTY of time to order. WRONG! There was 2 cars ahead of me and 1 behind me. By the time I get to the speaker at 8:51, they tell me they’re no longer taking orders because they’re “about” to close. Mind you, it’s not 9 yet. I tell the girl I’ve been in line way before and waited in the same spot for 15 minutes. No response! This is not the first time they’ve done this. I’ve come on weekends as well and I come with plenty of time before they close. They seem to wait until the last minute and they’ll respond with “sorry we’re closing”. I guess this location hates making money. Employees are rude and lack customer service skills

My family came to this location to get some icecream on 05/25/23 around 5pm. We got the icecream and went outside to each eat it. After a bit we went back to get some napkins from inside and all the doors were locked. Called the store to ask them why the doors were locked and that we needed some napkins. They told us that they were to busy and needed to lock the lobby. When we were in there it was not very busy and drivethur was not busy either. They did not put any notice on the doors so while we fished our ice-cream we had to let a handful of people know why the doors were locked.
