We had to wait forever for our food, which is fine… if the food was fresh. Our fries were hot but that’s where the good ends. Our burgers were lukewarm at best and the bacon was raw. (For reference, you can find it in the parking lot by stall 3). For almost $45 this is insane.

We haven’t eaten here in a few years, but the quality and service seem to have declined. We went through the drive thru this evening and were asked to pull over.We waited for 15 minutes and when the food arrived it was room temp and fries were soggy. They forgot one of our blizzards so we waited even longer while staff tracked it down. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and the buns were rubbery in texture. We also ordered 2 chicken tender combos for the kids. One of them had a tub of white sauce (possibly tartar sauce) and it had a lid, but there was a random lid in the box as well and there was white sauce all over the chicken tenders and fries. We spent $70 and most of the food was wasted. There are so many places to eat, do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. I can say with certainty we won’t be back.

Lots of very hard working and dedicated workers at this location! The managerial team is always so kind, organized and lead their team well. I never mind if there’s an extra wait at this location because of their kindness and great work ethic. Plus the food is always amazing!

My food was very cold. My French fries was cold. The hamburger was heated in the microwave. The bread was heat it through the microwave. In the fact I think you should hire more people. When the higher volume of. people come into Dairy Queen, it took me 35 minutes to get my food. I will not return

Besides being outrageously expensive now the service sucked.
For a family of 6 medium blizzards $36 bucks, nothing else. So when I get my Blizzard I would like the ice cream to not be soupy and runny. Ours were so runny that the employee didn’t even try to do the flip. Funny it’s on the shirts! it’s in the slogans, and the branding. But not after I paid $37 bucks. Cold treats would be better cold and not warm enough I need to take it home and put it in the freezer.
Complete BS… I will take my money and buy Ice cream elsewhere, with some food, and maybe a drink for the kind of money I just paid for ice cream!

Went through the drive through tonight. They were pretty busy, staff were super nice and no complaints about them given the circumstances. But besides that, we ordered a honey bbq chicken basket and 2 blizzards. Everything was good, so we thought. Eating in our car (while it’s dark outside) 2 chicken strips down that both seemed a little chewy but we continued eating until the 3rd one we bit into and it was cold AND chewy so decided to turn the car lights on and look at it… surprise! Raw chicken. I work in the fast food industry and realize things can be stressful and overwhelming but at least temp the chicken or split a piece in half when it comes out of the fryer to make sure it’s all the way cooked? For all I know I ate 2 and a half pieces of RAW chicken.

Asked and paid for extra cheese cake bites(“2 times the cheese cake” specifying to the gentleman taking the order) in my blizzard and throughout the entire large blizzard I only had 1 piece of cheesecake. I’m disappointed. 🙁 the cost was very high with very little satisfaction.
