Food was great. Customer service was good . Just felt bad for employees are very overworked the young lady that was taking care of us was so overwhelmed. She didn’t say it, but you could see it. And she was handling it very well. Customers were getting a little uptight. We did have to wait over half hour for our food made us late for an appointment. I was not upset with her after I seen how hard she was working
The owners really need to look at getting more help.
If you want your business to succeed, i would hate to see Dairy Queen close 1 day, but it needs to get better about how quick your order is taken care of it’s fast food. It should be quicker than half hour

Food is pretty great. However the service has never been good and the employees aren’t the nicest nor are they organized. Takes 30 minutes (no exaggeration) to get my food each time I’ve gone. Drive thru included.

We were treated like paying customers are a GIANT inconvenience we spent $60. Our blizzards were good however the female employee slammed our food and blizzards on the table. I asked for extra fire sauce and was charged $1.05. Pics speak louder than my words, so if you want attitude and rude service this is your place. Most likely WON’T be ever coming back.

Ordered the 6 piece strip meal and it was delicious.
The chicken was cooked well, moist, and paired lovely with the gravy!
The seasoning used on the chicken is a little more spicy than A&W. For that I’m afraid my kids will still prefer that.
Fries were good and also delicious dipped in gravy.
Blizzards we’re good. Scratch that. Mine was amazing.
I ordered a strawberry blizzard and I can’t tell you how long it’s been since I’ve had anything strawberry flavored that actually tasted like fresh strawberries and not that garbage strawberry syrup everyone uses.
Even Artic Circle seems to be using it now.
Overall impressed and will return.

I went here for lunch in the drive through at 2:00 and I was the only one there other than two people inside. I got the $7 meal deal and upgraded to a blizzard. I they gave me my food and they mixed up my Oreo blizzard with a caramel sundae. But they corrected it quickly and they were finally not half melted. Then I realized they didn’t give me my drink. So I went inside and stood at the front counter for about 5 min and there was no-one there. Someone eventually came up to the counter and I got my drink. Somehow this is the only Dairy Queen that can mess up gravy, it was cold and stiff like jello. I’ve been here multiple times and only had one perfect experience the rest were exceptional enough not to write a bad review. All these things added together made for a really bad experience today and I would recommend you stay away from this location.

I’m so disappointed I used to love Dairy Queen’s now I don’t know if I will ever go back, out of all the places to grab something to eat a famous Dairy Queen blizzard sounded amazing and I also ordered a chicken sandwich and a large order of fries. The blizzard came it wasn’t a blizzard it was a cup of soup, the fries were so stale they tasted like they were made hours before I ordered then they were brought to me, just nasty luke warm, I couldn’t eat more then a few, the chicken sandwich was the least disappointing thing and it had old gray brown lettuce and a shriveled tomato. And now I feel sick. The soup blizzard was running down the sides of the cup so bad when I took the lid off it came gushing out it slipped from my hand and went all over my kitchen. I will say the supervisor on duty did try to make it better with my next visit he apologized for my experience but honestly I don’t think I’ll ever go back, my stomach hurts I feel like I’m going to throw it back up and that restaurant really needs to get it together! From now on I’ll send my money through a shredder before I go back to any Dairy Queen.

I came to get an Ice Cream Cake for my husband’s birthday and I asked if they would write Happy Birthday Tyler on it, since I know DQ used to ask if we wanted writing on it whenever we’d buy a cake. The workers hesitated and said they could try. They messed up, and scraped off some frosting the process and it looked like a little kid wrote it. Not professional at all
