My blizzard was good, the rest of the food was meh like the toast was soggy. I don’t have super high expectations but if it’s going to be overpriced at least make it good. The guy at the counter seemed grumpy but again it’s fast food so my expectations are pretty low

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill was great! Quick stop for us to get some food before heading up the the national park.
The restaurant was clean and in very good condition. Really nice building, especially the inside of the restaurant.

The fries were absolutely undersalted, the ranch tasted like butter mixed with water, the bread wasn’t even cooked and only had butter spread on it not even warm enough to melt, the chicken was fine. We went through the drive through and it literally is so tiny with a lake next to it and your car could literally almost fall in. The attitude of the employee working was distasteful. And overall a horrendous experience will not be coming back again.

Cashier was hard to understand and didn’t act as if he was paying attention. I ordered a chicken strip basket with fries and an extra side of onion rings when the order arrived it was only onion rings and when asking the cashier what happened he said it only said onion rings and did nothing to help the situation.

This is our first time at this branch and we’re very dissapointed.
We ordered a strawberry shake then we got a wrong one(vanilla shake), went back to ask to correct it then we got a consistency of a strawberry milk drink that tasted weird. ♀️ ♂️

This Dairy Queen is the most unusual I have ever been to.
As for the experience, there weren’t really any highlights. The service was slower than I have ever had it, placing our order was a hassle, and the order came out wrong.
The food tasted old and wasn’t hot or fresh. Quite the opposite of what was written in their basket paper – it wasn’t happy or good.
The rotisserie chicken bites were more like nibbles.
I doubt I will ever return.

Ordered online, food came with the drink in a bag dumped on top of my food, everything was soaked and unable to be eaten. Unable to get a refund as well. Terrible. Stop putting drinks in the stupid bag. Whose bright idea was that?
