Restaurant is ran by my teens that are constantly understaffed. Tonight is one of many nights we have to ordered to find that only one employee is working. The wait times are horrible. I wish the management cared about their employees and their customers enough to adequately staff their restaurant. I feel bad for the lot employees, it doesn’t seem like their safety is being considered.

They never have anyone working and they only care about servicing those in the drive thru line. We waited 30mins to place our order at the counter and then waited another 20 mins for our order then only half of the order came out and waited another 10 mins for the rest of our order it was only ice cream it can’t be that hard no other customer in the store. Manager just hanging outside while there is only 2 employees inside. We will not return walked up to see what was taking them so long and no one was even making the ice cream.

Very slow to take order and get us the order pretty much every visit. A man in the back with a lovely head of hair but no hair net or hair secured in any way. The burgers and fries were meh, not fresh. There was a customer sitting on the front counter where you order. The ice cream was yummy!

This DQ location is by far the largest letdown i’ve come across in ice cream service anywhere. The drive through staff working the evening of 4/10 glared at me for asking for the pup cup i’d ordered, and it came with minimal ice cream in it. My lovely pup was so heartbroken, and she’s a hefty baby. The service time was remarkably slow, and the unfriendliness from customer service interactions are both reasons i’ll never recommend this establishment nor return.
After eating my order, all of the ice cream was the consistency of whipped cream, far too airy. This place legitimately couldn’t have performed more poorly.

Guy running the counter didn’t know how to do much need more training as said was new had to keep asking questions on every order item which took i while. The ice cream treats pretty melt by time we got everything not what we expected from dq most are better trained and run.

Says they open at 10, but i watched 2 cars pull up and leave because no one was there, doors were locked. I knocked on doors and windows, even called their number. No one was there. So i left, it was around 10:10
Almost every time ive gone in, they have an employee that is always hanging out in a white mustang with her boyfriend, she comes in pissed off every time. She even said in front of guests , “every time i step out people show up, im so sick of this”.
Also on numerous occasions ive come in, if its during highschool lunch, there will be highschool kids serving themselves, using bad language and people just get up and leave. This is by far the worst establishment ive ever been too. Their food is good, but absolutely horrible service. They leave doors locked because “i didnt feel like unlocking it today”. Ive had it with this place, Dairy queen is good, but this one im done with.
