Went to drive thu. Asked for a pecan mudslide they said they didn’t have it anymore, when we went around to pay I showed them on my phone and they actually made it for me!! I was soo happy and thankful it was good. They had a line and let me get a coke too I forgot to add, no problem super nice!

Food is usually good. The person taking orders rushed us and kept asking “anything else” over and over and then gave me my total and told me to pull around before I was done ordering after 5 seconds. Made sense though because when we pulled around she was too busy scrolling Facebook blatantly so I probably interrupted Facebook.

The whole place was dirty, the floors/tables. Plenty of staff. Reminds me of the Alamosa location before it closed. I thought this place had Oprah come eat here years ago. She would walk out now if she saw this mess. Staff was friendly but poorly managed.

We just got snack burgers and the order was short one. The young man gladly took it back to fix it. Handed it back with a smile. You don’t see smiles much anymore but this place was full of them. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you!!

Front cashier has long nails. She also plays with her hair while waiting for the customer to make their order. Whoever the owner of this Dairy Queen is needs to keep everyone on check because the moral in place is very low. Please help this restaurant. I would like to come back, but in the mean time I recommend that no one eat here.

Order a blizzard-and when they called the number for me. Blizzard was runny and smoothie like. I went up and asked if they could please remake said why. Let the lady know it was like a smoothie then said “well it stay sin the cup” I told her ok thats fine but its dripping every where. Let her thats fine if I have to pay for a new one I have no problem doing that. She seemed irritated which I get and fully understand especially when its rush hour. But what was not appreciated is the fact that she went to remake it the 1st lady that made it was not happy that I was not happy on how it was made and instead of stepping aside to talk privately on what I had said it was talked about in front of me and the other workers and customers. As someone who is apart of customer service knows very well that things like this should be set aside and not spoken about in front of customers and regardless is it was done correctly or not should always be approachable and willing to help.

The food is real fresh an the staff are pretty friendly sometimes there drive thru is pretty packed but they get you in an out of there quick with fresh food for sure

This place is a far cry from how it used to be. Few frendly staff, poor food and ok atmosphere. Mushy hamburgers and hard fries. The only good thing is the ice cream.
