Mobile order. We got the four piece chicken basket. We paid for a few extras like extra toast and upgraded to like onion rings and stuff, it came out to 10 bucks. It was fresh, it was delicious, it will be ordered again and again. I asked some additional questions at the window when we were picking up and the gentleman was very informative. Highly recommend

I’ve been in the store numerous times and have never received the level of service and overall professionalism from any of your employees. Maybe you should have her train your staff.

I couldn’t get a super large red velvet. So I was about to rate a 4star. But customer service went above and beyond to joke with me. We came out with a stacked blizzard to try and help my sadness of not getting a larger size. It helped. So, now it’s a 5 star!

This place went down hill big time refuses to do food. An hour and a half before closing because of shutting down the kitchen early. Refusing the oreo and Brownie cupfection due to not having brownies. Tired of coming here and over half the menu is refused and staff says they cant do anything management told them too. This place has gone down hill alot. The young workers dont care , take forever to wait on you, mess around and wait forever. Today got a chicken strip basket the young lady cooking gave it to me. I went up said there is no toast. The shift manager acts like he dont care really. Let’s them do whatever. Young one who cooked the food is rude, she is bad. She had said oh i thought I could get away with it. Dont eat here. People dont care anymore its the world we live in now. They dont need to be there working. They made me park even though nobody was there and forgot about me. After 20 min i walk in and the employees are hanging out with friends at the big table in the lobby. I finally got my chicken strips and about 10 min after eating the top of my mouth and tongue started to get tingly and numb. Okay this is the second time in 4 months I stop and get a peanut buster and I ask for extra peanuts. The first time it had about 15 peanuts and I let it slide because I figured they didn’t catch the “extra peanuts” tonight I stop in after dinning at Cats Pourhouse and placed my order. I start eating it and couldn’t find the peanuts I counted 8 peanuts!! You gotta be freaking kidding me! I don’t have any issues at other Dairy Queens except this one! The first time ok I let it slide, tonight nooooo way! They be playing games over there it was purposely done to add exactly 8 peanuts! Was it because I asked for extra? Charge me for that! Thank goodness I saved my Texas Roadhouse peanuts
