I just had the most amazing experience at Dairy Queen, thanks to Niema! Her customer service was phenomenal—truly the best I’ve ever encountered at any Dairy Queen. From the moment i began to order she greeted me with a cute voice a warm smile and made me feel valued as a customer.
Niema went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering my questions and making sure my treat was made to my liking. Her positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm made my day brighter. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Ordered two 6 piece chicken tenders basket and was given two 4 piece instead. Ate the 4 and then went and told them we only got 4 instead of 6. Cook said they put in 6 in one of them and was only able to give us 2 to make up for the 4 we didn’t get. Not a person to be hateful, but having people act like we lied isn’t fair. Rude cook, and the other staff didn’t do anything to make it better. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Esperanza is a terrible manager. She is super rude and gives SO MUCH attitude because THEY messed up my food. When she returned the bag she basically threw it in the table. Will not be going back and will definitely tell people not to go because of HER.

I am a regular customer I live 5 min from here and sadly up until this point I will have to travel a farther distance to a different location. I will not tolerate high-school kids making fun of me and bullying me when I already have too much on my plate. FIRE ALL THOSE KIDS.

I was here for a blizzard because my son wanted one because it’s so hot outside, as I was driving my son were yelling mommy mommy so I stop on side of the road and see his ice cream have a hair inside, I called the store and tell them what happen and this manager that’s in charge she offer for me to come back to get a new one, so I told her I’d prefer refund instead because you know you’ll never know what’s gonna be inside the next time, she told me she’s gonna call the owner to see if that’s okay, then she called me back she said the only way she can remake me a new one or refund is when I bring the blizzard back so I explain it to her I’M ALL THE WAY IN FOUNTAIN and the blizzare is already in the trash MELTED! How do you expect me to bring back the ice cream back?! So they said they can’t do anything about it! THERE CUSTOMEE SERVICE IS THE WORST, THEIR WORKERS ARE SO RUDE!!
