Wish I could give negative 0 stars. It HAS to be a bunch of irresponsible kids working at this location… I’ve called 6 times to make sure my doordash order has the tamper stickers/seals and of course no one is answering the phone. This location is truly trash and after reading the reviews I’m not confident my order will be correct smh

Almost everytime I visit this specific location, and I scan my app, the points are never reflected. Once I realize it, and contact DQ help team – they say you need proof of receipt. Obviously if I had my receipt I could just scan it. The rewards program is a joke and the fact that you need a receipt to get points WHEN THEIR SYSTEM DIDNT WORK is absolutely crap! I did what I was supposed to and scanned my app – it should have worked and I shouldn’t have to keep contacting DQ help team to transfer points. Their system is a scam!

Staff was pretty nice! Food was okay but the dessert was something else. There was a hair on the spoon and it had a gross taste to it. The lobby wasn’t as clean as it could be and there was stuff piled up on some of the sitting areas. Can’t they just keep it in the back or something? This place has seen better days but it wasn’t too horrible!

Store is closed. Says it’s open on Google. I understand things happen but that’s when you update the map so people don’t drive 20 minutes to the nearest Dairy Queen since there’s not that many. Really messed up. Definitely not stopping here anymore.

Every single time I’ve ordered from this store, they have messed up my order. It’s a simple order: Medium Reese’s Blizzard with Extra Reese’s. Not once have they gotten it right on the first try. They either delivered 2 Reese’s Blizzards, or the wrong size Blizzard, or a Reese’s Pieces Blizzard. Just now, I got a Normal Reese’s Blizzard and it didn’t come with Extra Reese’s, even though I asked for it. I really don’t understand why this is so hard…

This is the worst Dairy Queen. If the owner and or corporate don’t do something about this location shorting their customers. The dipped cone in the picture was supposed to be a medium. It doesn’t even fill the cone. Then the fries aren’t even the size of a small. Over priced and no quality. I will never be back to this Dairy Queen ever again.

02.15.25. This abomination is supposed to be a banana split. On top of this, the credit card machine charged me 20% tip (the NO TIP button was not functioning). What a rip off.
Friendly service, but they don’t make sundaes they way they used to when I was a kid. My “medium” strawberry sundae barely rose above the cup and was seriously lacking in strawberry sauce.

ordered a cake, it was not like pictured on the website and/or in the window at dairy queen. I specifically mentioned in the comments section when ordering to make it look like the cakes you present in advertising. They skimped on the toppings making it a glorfied chocolate ice cream cake. I asked the clerk why is there so few topping on top and was told they skimp on toppings on the larger cakes. Deceptive advertising to say the least

This DQ location always gives us decent food and has friendly staff. We have had undercooked fries and stuff missing, so just check your order before you leave.
