I’m giving a couple stars because the service and the ice cream were great as usual but I decided to try some warm food today and it just not worth the money, I did not finish my chicken strips. The best way I can describe it was there is no love in the warm food.

I work in the restaurant industry and also as a kindergarten para and never have I ever experienced such poor service in my life. I actually felt sorry for the young man because clearly he hates his job. When I walked in there were two people sitting down and the drive-through was empty. I needed to purchase an ice cream cake.After opening and closing the door three times and hollering to the back twice 15 to 20 minutes later, somebody finally came to the front after looking at me with a blank face and rolling his eyes. I let the young man know that I needed an ice cream cake and what I was looking for nothing fancy, just an ice cream cake that they carry daily. It was almost as if he didn’t understand what I was saying, he went to the back and brought up my cake, and I asked for a small blizzard to go. Another person walked up from the Dairy Queen and started talking to him in the middle of my transaction and they both completely ignored me having their own conversation. I just wanted to buy my cake and blizzard and go home. Because I work in the restaurant industry I try to be as polite as absolutely possible and definitely smile and communicate with the person I am helping. Seemed as though there was something personal going on between employees, which made me the customer not important at the moment. This will be the last time I use this location.

I just had the most unpleasant and uncomfortable experience I’ve had at a drive thru.
An asian lady received my payment and when I asked her if she receives tips, she said “yeah, but that’s okay.” That is ungrateful and also rude attitude. They are working to make money but they reject the extra tips, which is not only nonsense but rude. Never coming back to this location

I ordered a mini heart-shaped birthday cake with Oreo caramel and crunchy chocolate in the middle. The young lady that took my order was super sweet and helpful. The cake was ready on time the gentleman that helped me when I picked up the cake even put a little more caramel on the edges as my grandkids love caramel. The service the cake. the whole experience was excellent. Also the cake was delicious and it was only $14! I highly recommend them.

So tonight was interesting… went to this DQ location at approximately 9:50 PM. When we pulled up to the drive thru, the kid running the intercom stated that they were closed, but to come back tomorrow as they are “open 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM daily.” When I questioned why they were closed if their hours are until 11:00 PM (remember it was not even 10 yet) I was told again that they are closed.
I pulled around to the lobby to find it open and other customers going in. (I was able to place my order there.)
I found out that the person running the drive thru (skinny young Hispanic male with a mustache) was the same one who was sitting in the parking lot a few weeks ago “flipping off” the cars that were pulling in to order. Honestly, these experiences are quite off-putting.

Fast and friendly service always. Staff is very polite. Even when they have a rush or a long line they are quick to get the your correct order out while maintaining a good positive attitude ensuring that your experience is great making you want to return to them again ! (Kinda rare to find these days sadly) Keep up the good work!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Dairy Queen. When I walked in, the entire crew— don’t have names but a bigger lady with curly ish hair, a tall darker boy and asian girl—aside from one employee working the front counter—was hanging out in the back, laughing and listening to completely inappropriate music. It was so unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a business.
Meanwhile, the poor girl up front was making every order by herself, and the ticket times were hitting ten minutes because no one was helping her. The employees in the back kept ignoring customers, acted like they couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs, and even giving dirty looks. Their attitude was rude, dismissive, and totally unacceptable for people who are supposed to be providing customer service.
If this is how the place is being run, it seriously needs new management or a full staff retraining. If I could give zero stars I would, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I purchased two boxes of Stars and Stripes starkiss bars for $30 on 7/1. When we opened them at our Independence Day party, they were melted beyond reconditioned. I attempted to return them on 7/5 and was denied a refund or any compensation. Their reason was that the boxes had been opened and a couple were missing. I sheepishly pointed to my daughter and said, “Well ya, at 9:30 last night, I wasn’t going to come exchange them, and my kids had been waiting all week for them. So I let them have some in a bowl.”
I even tried to accept the purchase of one box and only be refunded for the second box.
They made it clear that they were not going to do anything to resolve my issue.

This is hands down one of my favorite go to places when it’s way too hot. The Drinks are always different depending on the season and customer service is always on point! Highly recommend for the ice cream Fix!
