The young lady with the pretty nails in the drive thru window was great. The taco shells were over cooked with a borderline brunt aftertaste im not please at all I ordered a large order of tacos. I also stated no tomatoes

I’m writing this review to make others aware of a serious food safety issue at this Dairy Queen location. I was served undercooked chicken, which is extremely concerning as eating raw or undercooked poultry can cause serious illness—especially for children, older adults, and anyone with a weakened immune system.
The staff did reimburse me for the meal, which I appreciate. However, given how dangerous this could have been, I feel it’s important to warn others to be cautious. I hope this location takes food handling and cooking temperatures more seriously moving forward.

Ordered 2 blizzards, stood inside waiting for almost 30 minutes for the order while there was 3 other people who came in and received their orders before I did. There was an employee continually saying she didn’t know how to make one of the items, and didn’t ask for help nor did anyone step in to assist her. I should not have had to wait that long for my small order while they finished plenty of other drivers thru and pickup orders. Very poor customer service and nobody stepped in to fix it.

I would put a -10 if possible the ice cream was melted. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-through very rude young kids Standing around laughing around not doing there job staring at us. We even tried calling them Several times via phone with no answer. We are on the road rushing to get somewhere very far away. Did not have time to go inside.

Does not accept coupons from Dairy Queen tx app! Turns out they don’t think they’re in Texas. Also, the blizzards I’ve purchased from this location are the worst of any Dairy Queen. Mostly vanilla ice cream , mostly melted, with almost no added toppings. This place is a joke. Try another Dairy Queen, imo, if that’s what you want.

Worst DQ ever waited over 30+min in drive thru and the steak fingers tasted like they were fried after fish and had a very fishy flavor and I hate fish! Nasty overpriced food and small portions, will not be returning! Ice cream was nasty too!
