They waited until we got to the window AFTER ordering $30 of food to say they don’t have change, then told us we’re taking all their money, we heard employees yelling behind the window and they didn’t give us napkins and got our order wrong. The whole time the lady was giving us attitude and talking with a mean tone. Now I’m mad and eating a burger with stuff in it I explicitly said to leave off. We will not be back. I do not recommend going there.

Dairy Queen is delicious, but when you get bad customer service, is it really worth eating there? Got the chicken strip meal, not chicken nuggets. Chicken strips and they acted like they were being stingy, but I paid for it? Got three small bite-sized nuggets. And the lady at the front desk was ruuuude. Other than that, the ice cream was good. All good. Hope they get some different workers and maybe some cooks that aren’t so stingy.

Service was slow. We walked into an empty restaurant and stood there for close to five minutes before anyone even looked our way to take our order. The burger patties were small, dry and mostly tasteless, but the ice cream was good. We’ll just stick to the ice cream as an occasional treat via drive-thru from now on.

Food quality was of average taste. What I noticed was that they had just opened but the bathrooms were already dirty! It looked like they mopped the pee by the urinals but just spread it all over the floor. I always check for cleanliness in the bathrooms and if they are under average cleanliness, that let’s me know management does not inspect employees performance. A clean batroom equals a clean kitchen and so is true of the opposite.

Had to ask for a missing burger, drove away and realized they forgot to give us our sundaes as well! I turned around in parking lot and went right back to drive thru window only to sit in drive thru for five minutes, being eyeballed by several employees, not one acknowledging my existence, watched as an employee walked by several times, to get their phone, but couldn’t ask me if I needed help. Finally had to say hello and was given dirty looks. 26 bucks for melted sundaes, brown overcooked fries, cold onion rings, won’t be back.

I cantgive less than 1. Ordered a fresh cooked burger, manager said she could do that. Before I got to my table with my drink. She brought my order out, and not only was it wrong, but cold. Took it back and she said she would fix it. I asked for a fresh cooked burger. This time a young kid brought it out and I said I asked for a freshed cooked burger, the cheese wouldn’t even melt. He argued with me and said it is fresh, we cooked them a few minutes before you walked in. Then kept on arguing with me about what was wrong. I said I am fine, I am not eating that, and I won’t be back. I never saw the manager, they never offered a refund, or to even cook me a fresh one. My wife finished her blizzard about 10 minutes later and we left. The cheese still had not melted. By the way, we were the only customers in there.
