Been here three times now, and it’s been consistently great! Service is attentive and friendly with great attention to detail. The food is as good as any DQ I’ve seen, but the staff are the real reason I wanted to write this. Most fast food places suck and employees ignore you, but these guys are the furthest thing from that. Thanks for being what fast food should be!

Between 6PM and 6:30AM, I stopped by for dessert .
Real nice gentleman who took our order, but the lady who handed our order was rude. All of our items were melted and were not even correct. After giving us all of our ice cream items, she closed the window on us after saying she couldn’t clean the blizzards, sundae, & banana split we had ordered. It wasn’t even presentable. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR THE ONE OFF OF RENO & MACARTHUR!!! POOR SERVICE AND RUDENESS FROM SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES!!!

My go to is the Turtle Blizzard and as soon as I ordered it, it was ready this evening. For a while, I stopped going to this location because it would take 10 min to get a blizzard. It’s nice to see that the service has had a facelift!

You know i had to stop by and get a blizzard treat it’s only that I do so… I love this location and the customer service… I purchased the turtle pecan cluster and its worth it… Definitely a must try for sure, I will be back for more treats

I’ve come before many times to this location and I always get a large chocolate dipped cone. And usually they come out ok but these past months that I’ve been going they look terrible. And I don’t want to be a Karen but man they are a little price. I ordered one large and one medium. One doesn’t even look large and They were both completely melted when the white older lady running the drive thru gave them to me. She even laughed as she whipped all the ice cream that was dripping from the cone. And this is the same lady that is always ruining my order, Like how hard is it to remake something if you know it looks like garbage. I called and the manager lady was reasonable but still so gross, My car was ruined. Had to get home and clean, didn’t even get a chance to at least drink the ice cream.

I hadn’t visited Dairy Queen in a while, so I decided to give them another try. I ordered a #1 without onions and a coke, along with a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. However, when I got to the drive-thru, they informed me they only had enough meat for a single patty. Despite this, I went ahead with the order. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with what I received, especially considering I spent $17. I tried contacting the district manager, Misty, but she never returned my call. I don’t plan on returning to this location again. Although the blizzard was decent, the overall experience was disappointing.

I went in today to get a chicken basket for lunch. I asked the lady if they could please make it fresh and she let the kitchen know. She came 2 minutes later with my food that was indeed not fresh. It’s frustrating going somewhere and spending your money and not get what you wanted. She assured me that it was fresh. However, the food was NOT fresh so basically she called me a liar. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Customer service here is the most awesome!!!!! Food has always been nothing but excellent. Store front is always nice and clean not sticky and muggy like some fast food places. Thanks!! Good food and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning to this location. Cant wait to try something different.

Waited 26-30 minutes to receive my food order. The lady at the register was too occupied talking to her daughter and other employees to do her job. And her daughter was disrupting the other employees with pictures and a story about a car she is supposed to be getting.
