Best service ever today for dinner with my kids VS all the other couple times we’ve been here. Ordering through the app is very convenient. There is little to no wait time at all. Chicken baskets didn’t get a chance getting snapped for a picture today, which is our top favorite. These pics are from the other few visits. Chicken baskets with the sauce on the side are the best, chili dogs are pretty good, burgers to me are okay, cheese curds are delicious with marinera if fried correctly and THE Sm♡res blizzard the bomb for us. The place is pretty outdated but very welcoming. You can get some pretty good deals and rewards on the mobile app.

Well I decided to try me some Dairy Queen today. Pulled up to the restaurant and it was dead. I mean completely dead. Thankfully another car pulled up and walked in. So I got out and sauntered in myself. There was one man working and eventually a lady came over to take the order but it was several minutes after walking in. Then went and sat down and waited and waited. The basketball game on the radio went thru at least a quarter and a half. Food finally came out and my burger and rings were pretty good. Not great but better than other times there. Good but not great and that saddens me.

Food was good, fries were excellent. Service was super friendly. Tables are a tight fit if you have a little girth around the middle. The smoke detector (I think) in the dining area was beeping the whole time like it needed the battery changed.
This location kinda looks like it’s closed down, especially when it’s not busy, but it’s not. Definitely worth a visit!

The facility itself could use a remodel, but don’t let that stop you from coming in. We have been here a few times and it’s always dead. Nobody here and no cars. We come in and we are always welcomed by the staff. Food is always fresh, hot and taste great. The drinks seem to always have several that don’t work but we manage with little complaints because the service and food have not disappointed us yet. I was questioning when we pulled in why is it always empty….debated going somewhere else but ultimately glad we stopped. Great place to grab a good number 1 with fresh hot fires!

I brought my family here for a quick dinner after a night of basketball and it was the worst service we have ever had at any establishment ever! All over one mistake.
One combo hamburger was not made as we ordered, my husband brought the meal up to the counter and waited and waited to have someone acknowledge he was there, only to be yelled at by the guy in the back messing up peoples orders. My husband is hard of hearing anyways so he told the guy that he couldn’t hear him and to stop yelling. My husband told the guy that the burger was not made how it was ordered and the guy started yelling again. Once again my husband politely asked for the burger to be made as it was originally ordered. The guy remade the burger, but his attitude was the worst I have seen in a long time, from an adult at least.
Also they didn’t put ice in our drinks and when it was mentioned they gave us a huge cup of ice, tell me how well it works to dump ice in a cup that is already plum full of soda….. ♀️. These employees should be thankful to have a job and I hope they treat other customers more respectful than we were treated tonight.

Placed a mobile order at 7pm, online said order would be ready at 7:23. My husband went to pick it up and said he waited a little longer because the car in front of him seemed to be having issues with their blizzards they were handed. When it is his turn, he gets told they are out of the soda we ordered. We didn’t want sprite and we don’t drink Diet Coke. The guy working was very kind and tried his hardest to help my husband. The guy working gave my husband blizzards in place of the drinks (which tasted like cleaning products and metal).Then the manager, Breanna came to the window to let my husband know that on top of not having Dr Pepper or coke, they were also out of honey bbq so the $16 honey bbq chicken strip basket was not going to be that. He ok’d it because there is no other sauce option and we need to feed our daughter and it was already getting late. He then had to pull up and wait. The guy working brought out food and told my husband he was very sorry. He needs a raise because he tried so hard to make up for the managers attitude. I called to ask if there was anything I could do to help ensure she has the proper items in stock in order to fulfill orders. She was not happy I was asking questions. I then told her that I would like my money back as the food was not done and they were out of things. I even told her that if not a full refund then half because I paid for a $16 order of honey bbq chicken and still being charged for it and it’s a regular basket now. She told me that instead of my husband picking up the food that I should have done it myself. I told her that is no way a manager should talk to a customer who has concerns. I paid $42 when it should have been less due to not having my full order as it was ordered. She told me to call back and talk to her manager because she was not refunding me. She needs a lesson in customer service because she doesn’t know how to diffuse the situation but just make the customer more upset. I did make a call to corporate and they said they will be giving the store manager a call in regards to this. Posting a picture of my chicken strip with Texas toast basket (toasted hamburger buns)

The general manager is the best manager Dairy Queen has ever had. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was very clean and food was great

For fast food they did well. Very friendly and helpful. It did smell like old grease. Food was good. We actually made a special trip from Tuttle to get Buster Bars! Those are the best! Ended up having the 7$ cheese burger combo and taking bars home!
