Dirty, cold food, and dumbfounded staff. My wife and I came here to get some food and blizzards. My burger was cold and just had a chunk of lettuce next to it and none actually on the burger. My wife’s chicken strips were cold. Both blizzards were somehow served liquid and unflipped. Floor didn’t look like it’s seen a mop in days. Don’t waste your money here.

I tried to call to place a custom cake order and no one answered both times I called, and it rang about 10 times. Then when I gave up and just went inside to pick out a cake the next day. I asked if they could write on it and was told no. I asked if they could give me the icing bag and watch me write on it or buy icing from them and I was told no. How do you make custom orders but then can’t even write on one when someone comes inside. Not to mention when I was trying to understand why they couldn’t do any of the options I was offering; I was met with one girl just walking away and another sighing and saying ok.

Come in with my family and had the worst food and service I could imagine. I spent $50 on food just for it to be totally cold and had to ask for the chocolate shake that was so blonde that it didn’t even taste like chocolate was added. The chili on the chili dog was burnt and my blizzard was suppose to be a royal ultimate brownie you know the one with the fudge in the center of it. I don’t understand why fast food workers want to be paid $15 an hour when they don’t respect the job.

Placed a mobile order for two blizzards and it took 30 minutes to get our order. 10 minutes of that time we sat at the windows and then was asked to pull forward while they handed out blasts to guests behind us. The girls explanation was that everyone else had places there order before us.

They are fast, fun, and friendly.
Restaurant = Nice and Clean.
The cook was fast, and sufficient.
Our order was correct, no mistakes,
Plenty of room for Parking,
The price for the banana split is crazy high, for the amount you get! That is not the employee’s fault at all!!!!
Even though the price is high, we do Recommend this place, because of the employees.

i placed an online order, went inside about 5 minutes after placing it and let them know i was here. i waited 30 minutes for my order while watching many others get there food. when i finally got someone’s attention i watched her pull my bag of food out from under a warmer where it had been sitting for a while considering the boxes were literally wet with condensation. it was a very frustrating experience.

It took about 5 minutes for anyone to come to the cash register to take our order. After we waited 25-30 minutes for our order, one of the employees came around and kept asking us if we wanted to give her $1 to go towards our next visit. She was nice but really wouldn’t take no for an answer. We also ordered a kids cone and received a melted cup of ice cream.

I ordered a large drink but they failed to tell me they had no ice. Also they had no change to give back when you ordered something, and the tables are sticky. They also had food on the menu that they could not give me saying “it wasn’t on the computer”. Do better be better. I expected more.

I usually love Dairy Queen and always treat myself to a visit when on a road trip but the Dairy Queen in Russellville was very disappointing . It was dirty, the server was unfriendly and not helpful and the Blizzard was bad . It was a very runny consistency and when I asked for a thicker more frozen one she said they were having trouble with the machine so no. I then tasted it and it tasted sour like bad milk. Again she refused to replace it because she said she had just put in new ice cream. She never offered a refund but I convinced her to give me a Dilly Bar instead and it probably took her 5 minutes to find one. My friend and I were the only customers on a week night at dinner time and it’s easy to see why as nothing about this place was good.
