Please… for the love of God do not order anything but an ice cream from here.. trust me. I’ve never had a burger & onion rings taste like it did. Food was good, staff was polite and friendly. Took a long time to get our order, and there was no body in the store. Watched while they put one item at a time under a warming lamp, then started making the next item. By the time the time the second burger was brought out, the other burger and fries were barely warm.

My husband went to Dairy Queen earlier today to buy me a birthday cake for my birthday. After he surprised me with it he told me that he was chased to the PARKING lot and asked if he had purchased the cake ??? He said he was charged by the lady in the front of the register and he was not the one in the register so why would he chase him. My husband replies that “he did” and went inside and showed them his bank transaction as proof. My husband is not white. I would like to move forward with this and get in contact with someone who is in charge. Thank you.

The general manager, Jessica, from Springdale location was working tonight at this location And was amazing. We had placed an online order and whenever we had gotten home, one of the chicken strip baskets was wrong. I took this back and she had helped me fix the issue and gave me a new box with the correct food. Jessica was very friendly and had the best customer service skills. She has definitely changed this location and how they serve their customers, I was very pleased with her tonight.

When this first opened it was so clean and food was good for fast food. The last year everytime we go workers are either trained poorly or just don’t realize that the customers shouldn’t have to wait for them to get off their cell phones including the manager. The last time we went for blizzards they literally were like soup. The hot fudge was burnt. The workers stand around while tables need cleaning. Such a shame! They need to hire new management.

Right down the street from us! So conveniently placed for anyone traveling between Siloam and Springdale. This place is always busy!
They are pretty slow getting orders out though. When we came there was one other table in the building and they waited about 17 minutes for ice cream. We were about the same.
I’m hoping next time we return, the team becomes more efficient and I can increase the stars.
Ice cream came out “loose” and melted. I went in for napkins and commented “it was surprising the ice cream was already melted when it came out. The team member said “yea, it took us a hot minute to get it out” then walked away. Thankfully a team member came outside and apologized for the comment and how it was handled. That person saved this review from dropping down to three stars. I don’t want anything for free and I don’t need it to be fixed. I hope they get better as a team.

No toilet paper in stall, no soap in women’s restroom, no ketchup in dispenser. The girl in charge (long hair, Rolling Stones shirt) had a nasty attitude. The place wasn’t even busy – Saturday afternoon just before 2 pm.

What a mess. They didn’t know their menu well enough to take my order correctly, my order was wrong when I got it and my shake was not even full for the size I ordered, my blizzards handed to me were an absolute mess as well to where I had to get another cup to put around it. They were out of chocolate ice cream?? What ice cream joint it out of chocolate? That’s a main flavor?? Highly dissatisfied, won’t be back. Get it together.

If I could give zero stars once in my lifetime, I would use that one time for this store.
I ordered a simple Spidey and his friends cake online on Tuesday, August 26, to be picked up on Saturday, August 30. I requested “Happy 6th Birthday Kas” written on top. However, when I went to pick it up today, the employees informed me that they had not made it. They explained that the cake decorator was not present, and the cake had not been prepared. This was unacceptable, and I asked to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, the manager was not present either.
When I asked what they could do to rectify the situation, they were unable to provide any solutions. My son doesn’t have a birthday cake now, and I was left feeling angry and disappointed. To make matters worse, no one wanted to give me their name or the manager’s name. It’s clear that this store has a poor customer service record, and I strongly advise anyone considering ordering a cake from them to reconsider.

We ordered a cake days in advance and they just didn’t make it . I showed up to pick it up and most the employees disappeared then I was told they didn’t make it and Noone was there to make one and I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one then I asked again and a employee came up and told me I couldn’t call anyone so I asked for a refund and was told that no one was there that could do it today … trying to get a number or a manager was like pulling teeth . I will never be back at dq and will absolutely warn people to not order cakes from this location. This was unacceptable and not professional. They acted like I was in the wrong for being upset that the cake that was ordered days ago just didn’t get made then they acted like I was putting them out by trying to talk to a manager or get a refund . This is one of those interactions that’s won’t leave your mind evey time you see a dq
