I was completing my walk and I got hungry. Both Sonic and Dairy Queen are right next to each other. But I think, when was the last time you are some DQ. So I go inside. After checking out the menu, I decided to go with the number 2. It is a 1/2lb Flamethrower combo. Maybe it’s just me, but when I hear Flamethrower I’m expecting some serious heat. To my surprise, it was as if the creater of this burger at Dairy Queen test kitchen choose a mild buffalo sauce. Thought that it was the spiciest thing in the world and called it a “Flamethrower.” If I was the creator of that burger I’d put habanero peppers or a sauce on it. Now onto the meat patties, they looked like your run of the mill everyday frozen patties that you buy from the grocery store. The fries were a bit greasy as the oil in the fryer wasn’t hot enough, tid bit cold as well. Come on DQ executives, if you’re charging almost 10$ for a meal you need to make sure that it is worth it. Give your food proper names. Now the only 2 good things I got there was the Pecan Pie Blizzard and the customer service.

These are some hard working crew members! DQ drive thru can be quite slow at times but if you have a small order and they have it ready they will bring it out to your car even if you aren’t at the window yet. I always leave just enough space to get out of line in case they do!
One thing I wish they would get is a portable credit card machine instead of taking my card/phone for payment. In these days it’s a little scary if you can trust people with such valuable things.

Last several times it’s like they forget to cook the food fully. Cheese curds were disgusting soggy. Asked for chicken strips and cheese curds well done and that’s how it was given to me. Used to love this restaurant, steering clear until something changes.

Went in today for lunch. The place was pretty busy and I can see why! Most places only give you 1 cup of ranch for a salad. They gave me a couple extra for my chicken strip salad. Everyone was friendly had a smile and food was hot and fresh worth the wait. Chicken strip basket was perfect too. My only complaint is that the white gravy needed to be thicker. Gravy should stick to the food not be drippy. Will definitely be ordering more from here in the future.

I was looking for an ice cream cake with the chocolate inside so I asked what ones had it they said they didn’t have any I asked someone else they said they did have it then walked away very unhelpful but eventually I went online to find what ones should have the chocolate inside I just hope the one I got does have it… After that I went back in to get some food I ordered she asked if I wanted a combo I said yes and instead of a drink I’d like a sundae with extra fudge got my food and their was no Fry’s I asked about the missing Fry’s they said I didn’t order it and so I didn’t get any but I asked for the combo so I should have gotten it so asked for the manager explained it to her then she got me my Fry’s and then I told her I didn’t mean to be rude if I was I just told the girl I ordered from I wanted it so I should have gotten it she told me that I could have been nicer and was very rude to me probably won’t come back again every time I go it’s like this

If your drive-through is not open till 11 PM on Saturdays then maybe you should change that. When I called the store at 10:11, they even still picked up and I asked why it was still not open on the drive-through and Young lady, I’m assuming a manager was very rude about it. It clearly shows online store hours and I just find it weird because I’ve come through on the weekday around 10:30 and they’ve still be open so why is their drive-through not open till 11 on Saturdays? It seems to be nothing but kids that run the store and it’s just really frustrating and disrespectful with the way they treat you.
