We walked in and they had Christian music playing on the radio to the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms and that stood out. The service was amazing, Tracie was our cashier and she smiled, had a great and positive attitude, and was very friendly. We notice things like this when the rest of the world is faster to complain than speak positively. As I am typing this a guy just came and asked if we hadn’t received our food yet, which we had we were just talking . His genuine concern was set apart.

The reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the time it took to get my order! I was the only one at drive thru. Seems the worker may have been working alone. When I finally got my food I can honestly say it was good and fresh!

The food is standard fast food not great but will do for a quick bite. The shakes are great my whole family loves them. The service is slow. The restaurant is normal vary clean and staff is friendly good place for a shake after church.

I ordered 2 mini chocolate Blizzards with sprinkles, a small choco dipped strawberry Blizzard, and a Heath brownie cup.
One of the mini Blizzards was missing sprinkles and neither were blended through. The Blizzard that was supposed to be small was the same size as the minis. All of them were already melted by the time I picked them up from the counter. Usually this wouldn’t really be a big deal. However, it took me over 30 minutes to receive my order. It didn’t seem to be a busy night, and they had 4 or 5 people working there.
I ended up giving 2 stars overall because my family and I still ate it. Not coming back if I can avoid it.

I think that my husband and I happened to order during some sort of “happy hour” or something, since our meal (2 double cheeseburger combos w/coke and fries) was an entire $5 less than we were expecting! To me, that’s a pleasant experience by itself and makes our visit totally worth the time it took. After that nice surprise, our trip got even better with our food taking less than five minutes to reach us, tasting FANTASTIC, and even coming with a few packets of ketchup for our fries.

The food was fresh and delicious, but the real reason our experience was so great was the customer service. Especially the manger, Bradley, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. He was the perfect mix of friendly and professional and we will come back specifically because of him. He deserves a raise.

Needed a personalized birthday cake, so I placed the order online 3 days in advance (the website says at least 2 days in advance). When I arrived at my pickup time, they did not have the cake ready and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to do it. Then when I received it, not only was the color incorrect (I ordered light blue and they gave me dark royal blue), but the quality of work on it was quite pathetic. I couldn’t refuse the cake because it was the day of my daughter’s party and I had no other choice but to take it. I had to completely redo it at home. Really disappointed with the quality and effort put into this.
