Rude girl named Kelsey has very nasty attitude and very unprofessional. I ordered at the drive thru window a triple dip cone(which I was charged for, but didn’t get what I paid for). She became very upset when I refused to pull up to the trashcan and wait while she was going to serve others. She said it would only take 2 min, but it was more like 5. Then she brought my cone looking like it had been licked on and dropped on the floor. Look at the pictures. A hot mess. I will definitely not be back here again and will highly discourage anyone traveling I-20 WEST ….to NOT STOP at the Dairy Queen on exit 84. Keep driving. There’s a nice one at exit 112 and the staff is friendly, professional, and know how to prepare treats. I’m also going to inform the manager because like myself there’s no telling how many customers she has already ran off. Pitiful service and horrible ice cream cone. Uggghhhh

Drive-thru was fast & efficient. Had the backyard bacon ranch burger (delish!) & wanted a holiday nog shake, but they were out (2 days after Christmas –shame om mgr for not ordering enough!) so settled for strawberry. Good with real strawberries blended in, not just flavored syrup.

So I am torn between a three and a four. This is why. So pulling up to the location your first instinct is to pull in the front of the location. OK this is not how it’s supposed to work there’s a side street that you take to get in the parking lot. Surprise if someone’s coming out of the parking lot through the front and you’re trying to pull in you are going the wrong way and you have no idea until you get in the parking lot. There should be some type of clear indication which direction to get in and out the parking lot because I sure did upset another customer trying to pull in a one way out. So I proceed in the store the parking lot is clean the inside of the store is extremely clean as well. These guys have done a great job keeping up this location. On to the food. The food is not quite what I expected it to be. I’ve never ate at DQ before and just assumed that it was going to be very tasteful. I was wrong I did not care for the fries nor did I care for the burger. It was not nasty I repeat not nasty I just didn’t care for it. I got a number for I believe and after I was finished I still feel hungry. I also think the lobby feels closed off instead of open. There’s walls ETC in the middle of the restaurant that you are unable to see over. It makes any area you go into eat feel like you’re in a little cubby. Overall it was not a bad experience. I would return to a DQ in the future. DQ would not be my first option though while looking for something to eat.

I recently visited this location only because I received a gift card from some sweet church members. This was my second visit to complete the use of the gift card and I tried a new item on the menu but wasn’t entirely satisfied but that’s ok, at least there was no wait time lol. It was loaded queso but there was only 10 fries

Took my granddaughters for a quick lunch before shopping. The young lady that took our order was great. When I went back to get our ice cream there was a different young lady, she was rude, but I guess that happens. All in all it was a pleasant lunch

The no. 10 combo is a real burger, stacked with meat, my favorite. The main attraction is their turtle blizzard, it is to die for, so good. The young lady at the window was very sweet, great service.

2 different orders…both chicken was way undercooked. My kids ate this ugh!! So the manager said “they’re kids they’ll be fine” umm no sir! Then only wanted to refund ONE meal and not both even though BOTH are undercooked!!! And they’re pretty bad about undercooking their popcorn shrimp also. Won’t be coming back here ever!!! Absolutely ridiculous
