Customer service was upsetting. After placing the adult portion of my order, in the drive thru, I searched for the kids section. I was unable to locate it. I asked if they had a kids section, because I didn’t see it. She stated they do, so I looked again. Not wanting to hold up the line any longer, I said “there’s no kids section” and could she tell me the options. She rudely said, “it’s there” and began to list the options. I said, “it’s not”, and was about to place that portion of my order. At that point, another voice came on the speaker and I completed my order with her. At the window, I explained that there is no kids section and the other representative should not have spoken that way to me, amongst other things. I was uncomfortable after finding out that the previous rep made our ice creams. I was offered the option to have them remake them, but I declined. However, I did not end up eating mine due to the uncomfortable encounter. The second rep was very professional and pleasant, and is the reason I gave 2 stars. The first should not speak to customers if she can’t speak any better than that. Pictures are included of the drive thru menus taken after the encounter. Let me know if I’m missing the kids section.

I wish we could go here more. We were so very excited when this 165 N branch was opened. But every time we go here, the service is slow, they get our order wrong, and we end up disappointed. The food is good and prices and reasonable.

It’s always sit and wait for your food to come out when going through the drive thru! The give you drink but by the time they come out with your food the drink is not hot anymore. I been waiting for 10 mins since I ordered. People coming out on breaks! Poor customer experience took 10 mins after I ordered to get my food. Only to get home the gravy was missing that I paid extra for and the fries were hard as a rock!!! This has been worst experience I have ever had! My entire lunch is ruined!

Milkshakes are so good it makes me forget that they can’t make a simple grilled cheese to save their life… the name says it all “GRILLED CHEESE”. NOT cheese toast!!!!

Relocated from the Sacramento California area to Monroe Louisiana. As you can suspect food choices are very limited. So it was nice to find a DQ. The place is very clean The food is very good and the people that work there were extremely nice honestly if I didn’t know better I would have thought I stepped back in time going to this place would highly recommend stopping there if you’re hungry.

After placing our order and receiving it, my granddaughter wanted some water to drink after eating her ice cream. I was told a SMALL CUP of water was $3.10. Water used to be free, I can understand $.50 or even a dollar for the cup, but no way did I pay $3.10 for a small cup of water. Very, very disappointed and I won’t be back. My bill was over $40.00.

I come here to get the new blizzard my family gets some other stuff and we taste the ice cream and it’s expired milk that was used….ew. Didn’t help the dude in the drive through was rude. Also they didn’t wash the blender for the blizzards! I have a nut allergy and my dads shake was in mine…GROSSS

Summer is here, and that means trips for ice cream! This location has adequate inside seating, or drive through with fast service and fresh food. We fed a family of 4 for $35, including ice cream! (the $7 meal comes with cheeseburger or chicken strips, fries, a drink and an ice cream sundae, plus free drink refills). The bathrooms were almost spotless, with friendly customer service. It is also handicap accessible, with plenty of room to maneuver electric scooters.
