I go here when I am on that side of town.
I guess it’s kinda good there is not one closer to my house anymore – I do love a good ice cream !!
This place is easy to find right on Mansfield Rd. You have Tractor Supply, Wally, Sldi, Panda Express , and other places right here. Do your shopping then get you a bite to eat !!
The store is always clean, as is the parking lot.
There is an outside area – weather permitting. It is covered, but the summers here can be pretty hot
I usually get ice cream. It’s always been delightful and exactly as expected.
The employees range from good to great. Over the years it’s usually been great, but occasionally not so great – as with any store.
Over all, we’ll keep going there when we’re on that side of town !!

Worst place ever!! I will question if I ever eat at a DQ ever again. Get people who can take a order and make the food right. A banana split half vanilla half chocolate ice cream add nuts. IS THAT HARD! The white gravy was so chunky it needed a gym. Never again I’ll go to Wendy’s where at least if they get the food wrong it is half way ok. 2 middle fingers up.

Very clean restaurant and a polite staff that greeted me as I walked in. First time visiting this location since it opened. I got some blizzards & shakes for family. Most of them were full of ice cream to the top except one blizzard. But overall, the order was correct and tasted great. I miss having a DQ on Pines Rd.

The workers at this location (School kids) just joking around and acting up. I wish corporate would get some senior people for management and run a business correctly. Took way to long for my to go order, and it was not busy.

Every time I come here it is so good!!!!!!! Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciate this location. I drive 30 minutes just to come to this location because it’s always good… And always remember when you see a bad review, consider the source those are people that typically leave bad reviews for lots of places… This place is so good right on every time please try it…

Once was out of ice cream? Really? Yep Wow. Need to clean the ice cream machines more, we can taste the difference. The steak finger basket was horrible the last time we ordered it. Just the shell no meat on the inside of it. Don’t know if you had out of date stock or just got a bad batch? Idk but needs some attention. JS

First time trying this Dairy Queen location and was HIGHLY disappointed.
I understand this is a fast food and that our food needs to come out quick but this is unacceptable.
Let’s talk about pricing: if you order any Large meals, they are going to charge every large item in that meal. I ordered two meals for my husband and I. Our large meals with two small blizzards came out to be over $45. Not sure if DQ is some kind of new fast food fine dining but that’s not a reasonable price at all.
My meal came out so fast that the food got so cold when I gotten home. I live only 3-5 mins away. The fries aren’t even filled to the top and my meal feels like trash.
I will not come back to this location. Period.

Food was cold and nasty, I never eat there again cold food and dry really? They should get no star. Drive through person was rude they have two different prices at the drive through then the price, it is 5 dollar difference

If you need a birthday cake this is the place to get it. Not only can you get the cake but guess what??? You will not have to worry about the ice cream because they are all in one!!! This is the best ice cream cake you will EVER buy I PROMISE!!! Talk about reasonably priced! I got a birthday ice cream cake for get this 23.00 dollars! Isn’t that fab??? It is!!! Just look at this beautiful cake. You can also custom order.
