I ordered a custom-made ice cream cake for my friend’s 36th birthday. While the cake tasted good, the appearance was very disappointing. The colors were not what I requested—the cake was supposed to be red, but it came out pink. The writing looked as if it were done by toddlers, which made the cake look unprofessional.
The woman who handed me the cake at pickup was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, I was ultimately upset with how the cake looked and will not be returning. I reached out to corporate before posting this review to give them a chance to rectify the situation, but I never received a response.

We spent $16 on two blizzards.. they didn’t even fill it up or not even close.. mine was susposed to be Mint Oreo… no mint, just Oreo, my husband’s was susposed to be a M&M, he said it looked and tasted like it was sprinkle dust…

Stopped to use the restroom and was greeted with such a great hospitality it made me want to purchase something the restrooms were clean the milk shake was amazing and it was also decorated for Halloween will be returning thank you for the great service

I remember wanting to try out Dairy Queen since that Curious George commercial back in the 90s or early 2000s.
Finally, a Dairy Queen opens near my home and I can finally try out their food. I’d had their chicken, fried and BBQ, but I love their blizzards. My favorite is their pumpkin spice blizzard. It may be seasonal, but I would take any chance I get, like the last two years.

Stopped off for some fast eats. I got the $7.00 DQ meal. Comes with a cheese burger, fries, a drink, and sundae. I got top notch service from Joseph. He took my order and told me to sit down and they would bring out the food when it was done. The food was fresh and hot. Joseph brought out napkins and ketchup with the order and said he would bring out the ice cream after I ate my meal. Restaurant was clean and it was a really good experience. Was nice to get out of the heat for a bit.

We ordered 2 blizzards and waited 20 minutes in the line for them and when we received them, they were so melted she couldn’t flip them so she handed them to us. My mom simply asked for a coupon for a free one since she didn’t flip the cup knowing it was melted and it’s gonna melt all in my car. We normally would never ask for a coupon but the first HALF of the blizzards were melted. When we asked if we get a free one next time if she didn’t flip it this visit she snapped back and said “Well what did you want me to do waste it all on the floor ?” Then we kinda laughed it off and said “well I mean it is melted and that’s what yalls slogan is” and she said “well you can just tell them next time.” I don’t think that’s how it works so I took a picture of her and my blizzards. I also realized my card was charged 11$ even instead of $10.76 which isn’t a big deal but I never consented to leaving a tip or rounding up to donate to any causes so this was more than alarming to me. I should have just went to the other location. In picture it is girl with long dark ponytail.

Spent 15$ on two blizzards. Neither were even filled to the top of the cup and one of them completely left out one of the ONLY 2 ingredients. Ordered an m&m blizzard with not a single m&m in it. Not coming back.

The staff is not friendly, dont greet or smile when spoken too. Acted disturbed when people came in Employees sitting on their phones and never checked up to see people standing their needing help. The blizzards are barely mixed amd have little stuff in them. I dont expect a ton but I like it mixed throughout. Not here.

Ordered a medium blizzard and got a small in a large cup. Of course, they didn’t mix it well either, and it was just ice-cream no toppings at the bottom. I love Dairy Queen ice cream, but I hate it when something so easy is screwed up in every way possible. As much as they charge for some ice cream, I expect my cup to have what I pay for in it.
