The food was good but the blizzard that I was so excited for was disgusting and melted. It wasn’t properly mixed and I spent about $7 on something that I had to throw away.

My favorite blizzard is the strawberry cheesecake. Service was good except for they messed up one item on our order. I wanted a mini mint chocolate chip and they entered it as a small. No biggie they must have misheard since we were in the drive thru. They both were delicious

Food was made without any thought of cx experience!!!! Beyond a disappointment! The manager tee says she doesn’t eat from the restaurant herself and wouldn’t feed it to her dog . So yea the staff doesn’t even care .

I asked for a slushie the lady huffed & said “the slush machine been broke for 6mos now. ” i was like oop- , okay. she was just rude, no professionalism what so EVER. so i just got a burger & fry, & this is what my burger looked like. who doesn’t put ketchup or onions on a burger?

Hi my experience there was amazing thanks to the manager tee she was so sweet and kind awesome customer service she did and went out her way to keep customers satisfied I went it there they were rude but she fixed the problem asap and she handled just how it needed to be positive attitude always everytime I go there and she their she has awesome attitude and greets ever with kindness

I haven’t visited this location in a few years but the quality has definitely gone down. I ordered a medium sundae. To me, this was smaller than usual when I have purchased them. Maybe I’m just use to Sonics Sundaes, but I’m not impressed at all. For the price of this, I don’t think it’s worth it. After asking the cashier she nonchalant pushed it off.

Haven’t had ice cream in a year or two. Cause of the diet wanted a small ice cream. The ice cream it’s self was a Oreo cookie blast. The blast itself is a good idea the issue I had was the mix and atmosphere had to go inside cause the line outside was taking long and it wasn’t busy either.

I got the pumpkin cookie butter shake which was ok. It smelled like pumpkin but it tasted more like ginger snaps than anything else, which is fine cuz I’m not a big fan of pumpkin. My only complaint was that my shake didn’t come with whipped cream, which I’m sure they had; I assume it was because the ladies there were very loudly laughing and talking so much, they forgot. So it didn’t look as great without it. I’m all for fun at work but not to the point where workers forget things. The cashier also mentioned there were no burgers or white gravy only chicken strips and sides. It was around 9pm; maybe they were short on closeing employees.

I just wanna leave a five star review for this location because I moved from Texas and I always got the taco salad and I’m newly pregnant so I have a lot of cravings and I’m very hormonal and this location didn’t have the normal taco salad and they made me a taco salad from scratch and I am eating it right now and when I tell y’all I am on top of the world and I am so happy and excited and just wanna give the best rating because they are amazing and awesome and they all deserve a raise ❤️❤️❤️ PERIOD!!! My photo is a little crazy bcuz my hungry self started eating BUT YOU GET THE IDEA!!
