We had Theresa as our server tonight and didn’t expect anything special as it was late and they had a rush going on. But Theresa still seemed to keep a level head and treated us with more than enough respect and kindness. 10/10 best service we have ever had at a Dairy Queen ever!!!

Man look I don’t understand honestly dairy queen, good rule, the fast food industry i’m not a chick fil a fan, nor did I even have chicken but if you guys adopted their philosophy or even culver’s to get decent people that care about your business instead of giving expired mustard not dimension, I had to specifically ask not once but twice. And then the third time it was because they only gave me one the fries are ice. Cold tastes like stale potato chips.The hot dog that you guys brag about is shriveled up, you could get something better at a bp gas station where’s the pride?Honestly I just don’t understand not dimension their size. I know they always say size. Doesn’t matter, but yeah, come on, really that’s like the size of a breakfast sausage, and then you got all that bun. The least you could do is make a custom bun to make it look like you’re getting something I don’t know very shameful pretty sad

i’ve been here twice this week, and both times Haylee has made my experience better. She gave me extra whip cream twice on both my blizzards and was very engaging. She is a sweetheart and i’m very thankful we ran into her today again!

Drivers thru lady, absolutely, rude and awful. The entire experience was off-putting. My slushy wasn’t even mixed. We had to ask for the items we ordered that weren’t packed. She became even more bothered by having to do her job over again since she couldn’t put the effort into doing it right the first time.

Just went through and ordered 7 icecream items, the lady who took our order was incredibly rude but not near as bad as the lady who handed us our order at the window. Our order was incorrect and she basically though it out the window at us.

Worst service ever. I love DQ, but after today I don’t know if I’ll be back. I came with my friends at 9:40. We just asked for some ice cream, and they took like 20 min for ice-cream.

I just went through the drive thru 10 mins ago i waited at drive speaker for 2 mins before even having a person talk to me and I had to see if they were even still open and then once I orderd the man at the window had no gloves on and a NASTY sweatshirt on the sleeves had snot smears and crust and he was packaging my food I watched him WIPE HIS NOSE WITH HIS HAND then package my food i then told him that I work in fast food and he needs to wear gloves and that I saw him wipe his nose he didn’t say sorry i will didnt offer to remake my food nothing he just stared at me didnt say a single thing the whole time then just shut the window this is so nasty that you xo workers see this type of stuff and don’t say anything about it no one was wearing gloves I wouldn’t doubt if the person even making my food wasn’t wearing gloves either

Service was excellent this time! I went to the drive-thru and it moved quickly. Staff was friendly. We got our favorite, just a plain old fashioned chocolate cone … it was delicious! We love the chocolate ice cream at Dairy Queen!
