I have always loved this place from the start of me growing up. Especially with the blizzards. The staff is really friendly. Even if it is busy they try there best to be respectful to everyone. I have always loved every staff member when I come in they are very funny and super sweet. The food is always fresh and amazing. Very clean and cozy. I wouldn’t say they are always on top of things but they try and thats what counts in my book. Would recommend always

Went through the drive through and bought a couple blizzards. We are asked if we want lids and said yes please so they aren’t messy. Then she hands them to us with no napkins. She quickly leaves the window, as we were the only customers at the time, and the sides of the cups are covered with ice cream. Had to honk the horn to get someone’s attention to ask for napkins. She gave us some and as we’re wiping the cups off, I can see a couple people peeking around the corner at us and laughing. As soon as they saw me looking they went behind the corner again. Horrible workers. If they make a mess on the outside of the cup purposely to friendly customers, makes me wonder what they do to people that aren’t friendly…. Management needs to do their job or owners need to find new management!

First off. $27 for 2 blizzards and two burgers is ridiculous. Slow as molasses. Repeated our order to us. When I got to the window she gave me a different blizzard then I said. Looked at me like I was dumb as she took it back in. The one I returned with was vanilla ice cream with 2 strawberries in it. Sad excuse of blizzard.
I understand we all have bad days. But you work in fast food. When the passengers say wow she’s rude. There’s a problem. Right before 4 on a Monday.

This place doesn’t deserve one star. Horrible service. Ordered NY cheesecake blizzard and it was literally only graham crackers. I took it back to let them know and to replace it with something else. But the front cashier gave an attitude, proceeded to tell someone in the back that I said her blizzard sucked. I told her that I didn’t say that word “sucked”. I said I just wanted it replaced because it was literally all graham crackers. They did replace it but at this point I don’t trust them. As I was leaving the front cashier again tried to be rude with snide comments. Plus she didn’t present the blizzard tipped as they advertise. I wouldn’t want a free one from this place anyway. This place needs improvement and an attitude adjustment.

I really like DQ but unfortunately the experience I had today was not very good. The lady doing drive thru was very rude, I felt rushed and she just had a bad attitude, my flamethrower burger had a small drop of sauce, my other burger(picture included) had barely any sauce also. The onion rings were definitely dropped in the fryer and forgot about, and for an over $40 order I definitely expected better food and service than what I received. The ice cream was very good though.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line to get cold fries and a soupy blizzard. Only go because my dogs love getting pup cups but don’t recommend. Workers were arguing while I was waiting.

It was very cold in the restaurant and one of the entrance/exit’s was locked. I’m not sure but maybe a fire code violation.

Save your money and go else where. For how much they charge for a blizzard and you get no toppings in it and is never mixed properly. Got home with our blizzards and the ice cream was already melted when they handed it to us. Don’t recommend this place until new ownership.

Went here with my wife and daughter and this whole restaurant is DISGUSTING. Not a clean table in sight and garbage all over the floor. Employees just standing around and there’s no chance any of them are washing their hands. Do not recommend this DQ.
