I went yesterday for some blizzards and I had a horrible encounter with the Asian lady at the window. First when we pulled up she gave my bf the blizzard and he started asking her a question and she ignored him. We thought we were over thinking it. The when she gave the other blizzards, we asked for extra cheese cake because that was our original order for the first blizzard and you could tell right away it wasn’t extra. I worked at Dairy Queen, I know when it has extra and that’s what we paid for. Anyways, we ask for a separate small container with some cheese cake, and she said no that it already has extra and my bf says no it doesn’t she said, I put 5 scoops. Again, it was absolutely not extra, let alone 5 scoops, there was probably 8 bites of cheese in the entire LARGE blizzard (I later found out after finishing it) which is the normal expected amount for a blizzard. She says ‘ it’s probably at the bottom” and my bf says ‘it doesn’t even get mixed at the bottom good’ because let’s be real they don’t get mixed at the bottom for all the extra cheese cake to be down there. She then proceeds to say ‘ok we will fix it’ and slams the window in our face. It’s very small the issue and could have been resolved numerous different ways, as a customer representative myself, we all have our days but the customer always comes first and that is non negotiable.

We ordered online and it wasn’t ready when we got there. There wasn’t a worker at the cash register, had to wait to talk to someone. Wondered if not enough workers on duty. Our hamburgers were barely warm, but tasted good. The strawberry shakes were the best.

Got blizzards they were 60% unmixed vanilla ice cream and 40% lightly mixed toppings…the flavored part was ok but not a big fan of just vanilla ice cream…I wouldn’t call it a blizzard I’d calling vanilla ice cream with light toppings

We ordered two blizzards, and we got two blizzard CUPS that definitely had stuff in them. One was a shake (turtle pecan cluster) it was blended very well so the only not liquid part was the pecans. The other ‘blizzard’ was basically a cup of candy plus a little ice cream. At least that one wouldn’t have fell to the floor in a great splash if the tipped it upside down. Also had to wait 20 minutes. Was the only one there.
Thought maybe it could be a front for a secret spy operation but then why would they put it right next to a hotel and still not know what a blizzard is…

Food came out hot and fresh. Staff was nice enough, but seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Also, the building had a weird smell, I couldn’t place it. Mold, water backup? It was outside and inside the building. And wasn’t just the general area, because we stayed in the hotel next door.

Slowest DQ in town, takes 15 minutes to get order, I have tried different times for lunch ( as DQ is my favorite, 12-2 pm ALWAYS pull forward and wait. Its ran by young ppl who have no concept of “lunch break” I guess arby’s will be getting my money from here on out.
