Drive thru hours say they close at 10pm. But really it must be 9:45pm. I would understand if it was 9:55pm we were trying to get ice cream but closing a whole 15 minutes early is wild.

Grease or deep fryer needs to be cleaned all fried foods have an after taste that reminds me or a dirty deep fryer. Also the burger bread was stale and meat dry like it’s been under a heat lamp all day. DQ used to be made to order. The previous management had much better food quality.

Just had lunch here and what a great experience I just had! The two employees that I seen working (one young man, one young woman) we’re both exceptionally nice, polite, and provided wonderful service. The food was amazing and was served hot, portion sizes were filling, and drink was refreshing. The female who took my order offer to make my Sunday after my meal was finished so that it did not melt, it was so much appreciated! Give these two employees a raise, they deserve it!!

Stopped by for a couple blizzards. We haven’t been to DQ for a while, but were shocked that a medium blizzard is almost $7, and it seems like the medium cups have even gotten a smaller. It’s getting to the point that only Warren Buffett will be able to eat at DQ.

2nd time in a row they’ve closed like an hour early you’re open till 9 right? This is becoming the norm for businesses. Just one more I won’t be visiting. Used to have a standard of people you hire not here! The date is Nov 4th 25 I was there at 830 pm should change your hours on Google if you wanna close early

Used to live by here and still stop by when we visit. The store is really small. It’s often dirty so that would be good to clean up. The drive thru has a large dip in the curb so plan for that.
We only ever buy the ice cream. It’s been good each time. We don’t purchase the food.
I do appreciate they support the military with a 10% discount with valid ID
They were also the ONLY store within 5 miles either direction that had dilly bars in stock on 5/26.

Numerous crew members just standing around talking to each other & not helping customers at the counter. It was 5 min before someone came from the back & finally took over order. Then they forgot to give us drink cups & our desserts. You can tell the staff don’t really want to be there & they have zero customer service skills. Seemed like experiences were a little better after the new owner, but it’s back to being just as bad as it was before. To the owner: You really need to hire better people & drop in sometimes to see how things are being run. You have a ton of staff there, but still they can’t seem to get the orders right or out in a timely manner.

We used to love Dairy Queen the one here in Millard used to be awesome we just went. I ordered a fish sandwich that tasted so sour and gross. I couldn’t even feed it to my dogs. My husband ordered his burger and it was raw on the inside wasn’t the way he ordered it french fries were so cold that we couldn’t even eat those Were very disappointed. Very very disappointed. I hope when he built his new restaurant over here in Miller that it’s 100% better because I’ll tell you what we will not be back.

Good food. Probably on par with all other Dairy Queen locations. Friendly staff. Sometimes the line can get long in the drive thru with the inside closed for COVID, but if you want good ice cream, you do what you’ve got to do.

We waited for a full half hour in the drive thru while the employees stood talking visible through the windows at least 4 of them there so not an understaffing problem just a staff problem. The drive thru was open another hour and they shut down the grills completely. So we waited half an hour and didn’t even get the food we came for.
