Completely frustrated! We ordered through the drive thru and they neglected to give us two fries we paid for- one of which was supposed to be part of a basket meal that comes with fries! Then, we got a blizzard and they put another cup on top because it is overflowing and melted. The cup then suctioned and created a complete disaster. Total lack of care or effort put into our order. Really disappointed.

We haven’t been to Dairy Queen in years! So we were excited to go & bring our 2 small kids. Man, what a downer type place. The atmosphere is dark, the employees do not want to be there! Also our server was a boy with very long fingernails. When I worked in food service that wasn’t allowed due to the health concerns. Honestly it was a weird experience overall. Employees didn’t smile or greet us at at all, we had to ask if the dining room was open. When we went to clean up our kids the bathrooms were also dirty & things need replacing. To top it off it was probably 65-68° inside! Not a good experience. We definitely will stick to local friendly ice cream shops that are nice to go to with a friendly, clean environment.

We ordered a strawberry malt and a chocolate malt. They gave is 2 vanilla malts. We didn’t notice until we were far enough down the road that it wasn’t worth our time to return. Not good!

I went to this location tonight to get some ice cream. We waited in the long saturday night line. When we hit the menu it was 10 minutes before close and they shut the lights off. I pulled around to ask why and the lady looked at me and said we closed early due to the LIGHTENING. There was no rain and lightening was a while away in the distance. When i asked the lady what the manager of the stores name was she said closing because of lightening is procedure. I asked again and in a nasty tone that matched the disgusted face she gave me she said the managers name of the store is Gabby. I then asked for her name so when i call in i can reference it she looked at me said bye and shut the glass on me. The service was horrendous and i will be following up with Gabby about the visit.

This place is dirty and sketchy. We went through the drive thru and the young kid said my particular brand of credit card did not work in their machines. After a little digging around… I found out that credit card numbers are being stolen at this place. Bring cash if you go there… or, better yet, just avoid this soon to be crime scene of a place.

Young man at register was very polite and professional… We received our food fries are cold and seem undercooked .. I ask the lady who seems to be the manager if I can have different fries …she takes my fries with an attitude and gets me more no apology no communication at all .. the fries she gives me are still cold undercooked I didn’t say anything because she made me feel uneasy the first time .. I truly hope she isn’t your manager and if so the young man at the register deserves her job .. I’ve been coming here for a long time and will not return to this location

The drive thru line was awful, and they don’t have a dine in option which is pretty dumb. By the time I got to the ordering, their kitchen was closed, so I couldn’t even get food (would have been nice to know 20 minutes earlier). Atmosphere was terrible, the lady at the reception window didn’t have a smile, and her tone was disrespectful. The “ice cream” was a melted mess, literally spilling over the edge onto the lady’s hand, and I had to ask for a lid for it, now it’s unedible for a few hours because if I open it, it’ll get everywhere. They didn’t even do the DQ test, where they hold it upside down! What a terrible experience, if I ever want DQ again, it’ll probably be at least 6 months OR MORE before I consider it! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
