Stopped because I had a coupon for $2.00 off in a stack burger. Their double was too big so ingit. Single and that was $13.99. The double was also $13.99 so there’s that.
Then when used the coupon for just the one combo the order totaled $13.15 total with $2.00 coupon and grand total was 13.15 which includes a tax of $1.16.
The burger was ice cold, the cheese still kept it’s form. There was a super hard bone like piece that I found while chewing and nearly broke a tooth. Fries were regular. They we ok. A little less than expected for restaurant prices.
All in all I’m very disappointed in this location. Every time I go to this particular DQ there is always an issue of one kind or another. Last couple times is orders a blizzard a specific way and each time they blew it..

I didn’t bother to call and let them know because they never get it right anyway and just not worth the price and the food just always has problems one form or another. And, they really don’t bother with a custom response. It’s generic with no regards to the individual issues.

Ordered a large butterfinger blizzard, with EXTRA butterfinger just for this exact reason, and ended up just getting a large cup of ice-cream with probably less butterfinger than a regular. $9.30 for just ice-cream with a little butterfinger. Never coming back to this location.

Ordered a hot fudge Sunday for my son and a Ice cream Sunday for myself. I didn’t noticed till it spilled but the workers filled the cup backwards. They put the ice cream in the lid cup. Should have taken a photo… not eating here again.

My team surprised me with a Dairy Queen ice cream cake for my birthday! Delicious cake and super filling. The whole team was able to get 2 slices each and we still had some left over so it’s not a small cake by any means.
Love the cookie and fudge center- the crunch just makes it perfect! $33 for a large cake.

My family and I rarely go here because the service and food is just so mediocre. I ordered a hot-fudge sundae with extra hot-fudge, chopped nuts, and whipped cream and I paid for the extra toppings but of course when they handed it to me it was just a regular hot fudge sundae. How hard is it to check the order and make sure it’s right before giving it to the customer?

Customer service was horrible we had to repeat ourselves over 5 times. It took all 3 of us to scream into the microphone thing and couldn’t hear none of us. My son had to scream even louder then they got it right. The young kids inside were dancing around while there is several cars in the drive threw. The line was out to the street. Do they even have adults that work at this location. I have never seen adults just teenagers that play around the whole time instead of working.

The customer service at this location is HORRID! They messed up my order last week, and I didn’t realize it until I was halfway to work, so when I was in the area this week, I decided to go back and tell them about it. I asked if they could just make me a new blizzard, and they said since I didn’t call them the very next day, they weren’t going to do anything about it. I even showed them where I ordered it on my app, and the manager said no and closed the drive thru window in my face! Really??? You are going to lose a customer over a blizzard? That is just Customer Service 101. The owner really needs to speak to their employees on how to provide good customer service. I will never go to this location again.
