Went in for a quick bite after a long day and this place did what it needed to do. The menu was pretty standard for fast food, but everything came out fresh and hot. I ordered a burger and fries, and while it wasn’t anything fancy, it tasted good and hit the spot. The fries were crispy, maybe a little salty but not a deal breaker. Staff was polite and kept things moving even though there was a small line. Seating area was clean enough and didn’t feel rushed. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want something fast, filling, and consistent. I’d come back again when I’m in the area and need a quick meal.

The food was good and the staff was friendly, but when they called my order with one less item than I was expecting, I asked them if it was actually correct. They took it back to verify, then came back to me and said everything I ordered was in there. Since they just verified, I took their word for it and left, but sure enough an entire item was missing.
Seems like a nice place with kind staff, but please don’t say my order has been verified, and then proceed to have it be incorrect.

I went to this location on 11/11/2025, there was a gentle who took my order and had exceptional customer service skills. I was extremely satisfied with his custom service. He was a tall skinny black young male. Wish I knew his name so I can give him the credit he deserves, he definitely had a good personality

The prices at Dairy Queen have become outrageous and the last 2 times I have visited to get a new promoted item, they have been unable to make it. If I am having to pay $7 for mediocre ice cream mixed with candy then I’d like to actually be able to receive it.

I got a bad score on my ACT, so I came here 15 minutes before closing to get some ice cream to make me feel better. Imagine my dismay, when, despite the glowing open sign on the door, both the drive through and the lobby were closed. This obviously made me very very upset, and therefore, I do not recommend anyone go to this Dairy Queen. I just wanted a medium Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and large fries to resurrect my crushed soul, but NO! No yummy snacks, I guess.

Stopped by for my birthday offer, a BOGO Blizzard. The Blizzards were good, I don’t have any problem with DQ’s ice cream.
This store is kind of sticky, and crowded. The cashier is just inside the door and the line forms in a narrow hall. The parking is tight and gettin in and out is a problem as the store is only a few feet off of a very busy street.

I mean as I’m writing this, I have been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes and still waiting for a small ice cream, small blizzard, and a drink. Not ideal. Will be going to Freddy’s from here on out.

We finally caught them while they were open. The kid taking the orders was horribly rude. Had a sarcastic attitude and was very short. Finally caught our ice cream for the kids after leaving the zoo only to find a piece of Blue Plastic halfway into the blizzard. I’m so very glad my daughter noticed it and said something and did not choke on it. After that we all had to throw our ice cream out because we weren’t sure what else would be in it.

We’ve been taking our son every Friday after summer school for a burger & yummy treat, because let’s face it summer school is a bummer. We always get the best service! The drive thru wait is very reasonable, they have never messed up his plain cheeseburger order, staff is friendly, and the price is also reasonable. We will go out of our way to return!
