I thought this was a brand new restaurant, apparently it’s been here a number of years.
It’s very clean and well kept…inside & out.
I just got the standard burger and fries with a cookie dough blizzard.
Everything tasted good.
I neglected to grab ketchup packets, Amy, the one who took my order & delivered my food was kind enough to grab some for me.
I had a very good experience with this Dairy Queen.

Worst chicken strips I’ve ever gotten here. Three very tiny pieces burnt to a crisp in old smelly grease. Fries were limp and old greasy taste. The sundae was no better. Looked and tasted like straight whipped topping not ice cream. Runny and tasteless. Used to be a good place to eat. Not so much now apparently.

I think at this point, I have to share my experience. We’ve been coming to the local NW Omaha/Elkhorn DQs for about 4 months now (various locations, and I know they all might have different ownership).
When I order a royal ultimate Choco brownie extreme. I sure do expect a cup of ice cream to look chocolatey, and hopefully be chocolatey all the way throughout. Mini moon to go when I was a young inn and worked at the dairy queen Lincoln, the original recipe started with chocolate ice cream. Again, I know some franchises no longer offer chocolate soft serve, so in that case, you could just blend it with the cold fudge and make it chocolatey throughout.
I would be really curious to know. What is the current serving sizes for additions / toppings that are supposed to go in this blizzard. It just does not feel ultimate or royal enough to be called a choco brownie extreme. See the video as proof. we love dairy queen, just wish it could be royal and chocolaty.

Asked FOUR separate times if a specific blizzard had nuts. The royal brownie blizzard to be exact, and got told no. Two times At the drive thru board, even said allergic to peanuts, and at the window twice. THEY SAID NO. I took a bite, and IMMEDIATELY tasted a peanut. Currently having an allergic reaction, and tried calling FOUR TIMES. No one is answering, and it doesn’t close for another 30 minutes. I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the service here, and you’ll be lucky if I don’t get law involved. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. ran by a bunch of incoherent teenagers that can’t do their damn job.

The cashier named gael s had amazing energy, he was very kind and funny. There was a softball game and everyone there got their orders correct, extremely fast, and no one missed anything and gael made sure everyone had a wonderful expirence! Good job to everyone there. That was so unreal, almost like something you’d see once in a lifetime and genuinely I don’t think I will ever see such wonderful performance from another fast food restaurant. GOOD JOB!!!

Honestly this location sucks. I am always charged more for extra mix-ins that I order in my favorite blizzard through the summer. They add the extra mix-ins MAYBE half the time. I can tell when it’s there and when it’s not. Multiple times I’ve called to complain and they write my name down and give me a free one but I literally drive to the farther location on lakeside now because I’m tired of giving them chances. I started asking this location at the window if they put they extra in and they always pull it back and say no they didn’t but they charged me. Sometimes they say it’s in there but the window kid doesn’t actually know, just trying to shoo me on my way through the drive through because then I find that it’s not. Also I get a bottom half of the cup with no mix ins at all. Annoying.

I waited to eat lunch until 4 pm and went here. I ordered the $7 meal deal with a Sprite and a blizzard. My Sprite was actually water. The fries were old and cold. My cheeseburger was not made fresh. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the blizzard was delicious!

Got an Orange Cream shake..delicious. Hot Fudge Sunday, same as McDonald’s. Takes a long time in druve through at 6pm. Loved they give you a pup cup for free!!
