We went there for ice cream this evening. There was a sign on the door that said they would be closing at 7:00. We walked in, and a young lady told us they were closed. I looked at my watch, and it was 5:58. We told the young lady that it wasn’t quite 6:00, and she again told us they were closed. There was another person behind the counter. We assumed she was a supervisor or manager. She never said a word and wouldn’t even look at us. No explanation, just closed an hour earlier than what the note said that they had put on the door. We had just driven 13 miles to get ice cream and were very disappointed.

Ordered my son a sundae, with Oreos. It was nearly $7 for a small sundae, so I just asked what cost so much. She instantly got an attitude then had no idea how to read her own receipt. Hands me a sundae with ice cream on the sides, open the lid and it literally gets all over, hot fudge and ice cream, she closes the window and never gave me any napkins. I honked for 20 seconds as she ignored me. The other guy said he could remake it, she is all worked up and does it. Goes and makes me another one, and lightly dusts Oreos that were $2. This is probably the 4th time in a row bad experience. I always want to try them, but they fail every time. Couldn’t believe the attitude over a very reasonable request. My expectations were set low, and they still missed.

Our experience is drive through related so don’t know if the inside is clean or not but I doubt it….the people are nice enough and the food was decent but the fountain soda had floaters and tasted really bad so we threw them and went to the gas station next door and bought bottled soda to drink….since they were 2 different kinds I don’t believe the soda machine is being cleaned properly or often enough….buyer beware.

Food was good. 2 chicken strip baskets with gravy. We were the only vehicle is the drive through and one car in the parking lot took 20 minutes to get food but it was hot so not a complaint just an observation to share if you are in a hurry.

Drive through staff is hot and miss. The gal didn’t even say anything just handed out or order. She did not flip the blizzards.

Where in the world do I even start. We show up and get woken up because of how freakin loud the speakers blasted. Then an NPC starts screaming at us, “ORDER WHEN YOUR READY”. After that we order a blizzard and asked what type of ice cream? Excuse me? What type of ice cream? What is this build a bear? Then we say chocolate but then get told there IS NO CHOCOLATE??!???! HOW THE FREAK IS THER NO CHOCOLATE IF YOU JUUUUST ASKED ME IF I WANTED CHOCOLATE. Okay that’s frustrating but naw it’s fine. Then we continue listening to this ai that tells us the grill isn’t on and such. So we pull up to the window and we find out THEY REMOVED THE BLIZZARD. OKAY SO BE LIKE THAT, ONE STAR!!!!!

This dairy queen is not a franchise from from my understanding. They have wonderful daily deals. They still have the hometown feel. Sometimes the food can be lacking but is still very good.

I came to get dinner for my dad and I. When I ordered, the worker asked to repeat almost everything I said, and kept incorrectly guessing what I ordered. There were three cars in front of me, which I assumed wouldn’t take too long. It took 30 minutes from the time I finished ordering to get to the window, long enough for my dad to call and ask if I was okay. The kid working the window was a bit rude, and didn’t say anything when he handed me my food. The blizzards were messy and dripped all over the car, and the food was cold. I also asked for my burger to be only ketchup, and the worker either didn’t hear me or forgot. At least the ice cream was good :/ If you have to respond to almost every review with the same copy and paste apology, that might be a sign you’re doing something wrong.

of the many times i been here, the lines have taken FOREVER (unless you are the only one). the food is good, but today, i got chocolate chunks in my pumpkin pie blizzard. other than that, it’s your typical fast food restaurant.
