Customer service here is terrible, no matter what worker takes my order they are always rude and unfriendly, the food may be okay but its not worth it if I cant even get basic manners. I know most of the staff are high schoolers so maybe they need better customer service training because its bad. I know they can do better.

So this review/complaint. Is about manager Monica. And to the owners. Did you know your employees smoke right behind the order board. And do you know because of that. I couldn’t use the DT. Even though I am disabled and hurting. So I went inside. Asked for the manager. Guess who that was. The person smoking behind where you order. Not caring that people have to inhale her cigarette smoke while ordering. Well, they went and got her. Unfortunately, the smoker was the problem. That was the manager. So I know she could have cared less. But I told her anyway that you shouldn’t smoke behind where we have to order. Her response. “Well, we always smoke there.” To which I replied. I have sarcoidosis lymphatic of the lungs. Cigarette smoke cause me to have an asthma like attack. Her response was to shrug her shoulders like she could care less. With her nasty attitude! It’s completely unacceptable! And the farthest thing from customer service and manger duty I have come across in a long, long time! So please. Stop smoking where we have to order thru the drive thru. Just because you smoke. Doesn’t mean the rest of us. Have to endure your very unhealthy smoke. And one more thing. Kansas has a clean air act. Which Monica was violating. And it is a 100 dollar fine the first time. So maybe your manager needs some retraining. Thanks, Monica, for a terrible experience.

Best ever! Order took six minutes. Sauces napkins and dipping sauce for chicken baskets were in bag…didn’t have to ask. Did ask specifically for the Texas toast to be crispy and Jacob and Drake made it perfect! Price low compared to other ” fast food.” Restaurant clean. Counter person smiled! Give it a try!

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t very happy with DQ this time. I ordered a Salted Caramel Truffle shake. It was just a chocolate shake with a fancy name. I didn’t get any caramel or truffle vibe from it at all. I was expecting a salted caramel shake with some truffle in the background. If you order this, what it is is a shake with blended up Truffle brand candies… you know the ones… blended up in it. To be fair, it was edible and I drank it all. It was just not what I had envisioned. Fine print. On the flip side, the onion rings were *really* good (to me). They were very crispy with a panko shell, like you get on shrimp at a good sushi restaurant. Loved the contrast of the shell with the delicious, soft onion. Funny that the side would steal the show from the shake for me.

I had went through the drive thru to order a kids meal for my kid, I asked for the kids meal hamburger with only ketchup and pickle. I proceeded to order my meal, when she read it back to me she read it back as a cheeseburger with everything on it. I said no it was supposed to be a hamburger with ket and pickle she rudely interrupted me and said it’s at the window. I pulled to the window and I asked her again about it and she said I rang it in regular I said that’s not what he wanted. They didn’t even correct his order. We also did not receive his chocolate milk with the meal so he went inside to get it. There was 2 lady employees that were arguing with my 10 year old kid saying no you ordered a pop, he said no my mom asked for the chocolate milk. They kept arguing with him about it. It was very rude and disrespectful for adults to argue with a child.
