The food was really good and I got a really good greeting when I got there! But the ranch is watery and clumpy at the same time, I can tell it’s been sitting for too many days, when I tried to call to let them know to maybe not serve anymore, no one answered and i couldn’t leave any messages because it’s full.. doesn’t seem like they check their messages. If it wasn’t for the ranch and them not answering their phones I would be giving a perfect score!

Extremely slow and inattentive service. They forgot we ordered food, then proceeded to bring us our burger with a full slice of an onion… I will not be returning here. The soft drinks were under carbonated and didn’t have much flavor. Overall a terrible decision to make spending my hard earned money here.

Drive thru order. I ordered and was given a total and told to pull around. I said thank you and it fell on deaf ears. I pulled up to the window and she told me the total, took my card and shut the window without another word. After about 4 minutes she opened it up and handed me my card with receipt and then handed me my food minus the blizzard I ordered. I waited, she just looked at me not saying a thing, waiting for me to leave. I said, can I get my blizzard? She turned and grabbed it behind her and promptly handed it to me not bothering to say sorry, turn it upside down like they normally do and are supposed to do. I told her thank you again and again, it fell on deaf ears. If I wanted to be ignored and treated like a racist I’ll go somewhere else. I was nothing but nice the whole transaction and she just ignored me and gave me looks that could kill. Worst service at this store ever.

This Dairy Queen is awesome! The staff is always welcoming and friendly! The manager is great and very courteous! Always has been top notch! It’s great to have a wonderful place to get great ice cream treats and wonderful food!

The place is great. When we were the crew was awesome. Very helpful and patient. We have special needs kids, and the cashier took the time and kept her cool unlike some places. She assisted him in making decisions to be sure he would be happy with his choices. We will DEFINITELY be back to this location!!! Busy traffic area or not, it’s worth it!

I was just in the drive thru and imagine my dismay when I stumbled into the lobby looking to sauce my life up, only to find out the sauce is .49¢ for a lil packet. They offered me a free ketchup that of course I accepted. I drove all the way home and climbed my flights of stairs to find out my little sisters bread was stale with her chicken & then to find out as a cherry on top, my third patty on my triple A.1 burger wasn’t even there. A true shame and I will not be back.

The new chicken strip flavor sweet and spicy is solid. It has just the right amount of sweetness and spice. The chicken strips with gravy was already a solid part of the DQ menu. The service is usually pretty decent and the blizzard was tasty as always. Only misses was the lobby had not been cleaned in a while and I guess I should have asked for toast with my butter. But in my defense I did not know the chicken strip basket came with butter, lol. Hey DQ make sure they actually toast the bread.
