The girl working the window on July 27th around 7:40p is absolutely horrible. Didn’t give us any napkins and did not flip over the blizzard both she and I knew that the blizzard they made for me would not pass the test) asked for a receipt and she didn’t give me one. I went to call and talk to the manager and they refused to answer the phone this is the absolute worst experience I’ve had at any Dairy Queen I’ve been to Across the US.

Last time we went here, there was a large group of teens on some sort of a field trip. They ordered after us, but because they didn’t manage their time wisely, their bus was about to leave them so DQ staff skipped everybody who had ordered before them in order to get them their stuff before their bus left.

The whole work team is horrible. They have been seen dropping food and still cooking/serving it. Management is rude to customers and employees. They do not care at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

Had a wonderful experience stopping in for a quick lunch. I ordered a chicken strip basket and it came out quickly and piping hot! It was really good and def worth the price it’s set at at.
