I love their ice creams! Especially the hot fudge sundae was super delicious. Great variety of desserts, drinks and burgers and sandwiches! I never had crowded, feel so comfortable. I like this store because less crowded! They opened inside of the tables, I prefer to eat inside. Most of the time, they cleaned up all the tables. Feel so clean and comfortable to eat inside.

Not a great experience. The person taking orders acted like she didn’t care or want to be there. We ordered a small sundae and 2 dip cones. The sundae was quick but we had to wait 5 minutes for our dip cones. While I waited a person complained about their blizzard and it had to remade. When she took it from the customer she slopped ice cream on the floor and didn’t clean up. This doesn’t surprise me considering the back of house overall was dirty. Also while I was waiting a person ordered 2 Dilly Bars. He waited around 5 minutes for those as well which is crazy since they are already made.
The lady who took our order was also the person who had to remake the bad blizzard and she made our order. While she was doing this I saw 2-3 ppl not doing much behind the counter.
There are plenty of other ice cream choices. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Ordered from the 3rd street location. They messed up the order really bad, we happened to be passing by the Anderson location and stopped in. They offered to remake our entire order instead of making us go all the way back across town during rush hour. Thank you so much for showing customer service is still alive!!!

The staff almost seemed like they were running around like chickens with their head chopped off, and I ordered a blizzard and they didn’t flip it. I had to remind them of the upside down or it’s free policy (I’m like that I love my blizzards). I got a free coupon though, but this wasn’t my best experience at a DQ

Placed order at the window and was very disappointed. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it was not very good. It had no cheesecake bits and actually looked like strawberry only and was completely melted. I pulled up and went inside and explained to the tall dark haired young guy the issue with my blizzard. He said it happens like that and that’s how it is. He never apologized or volunteered to make it over. I had to asked him for some cheesecake bits in a cup to add to my melted disaster of a blizzard. He seemed to not understand what I was asking but after explaining it to him a gave me a scanty few. I left that Dairy Queen knowing I was never returning there again. The cheeseburger was also a sloppy mess and I told my son to not go there anymore. This was my second time there the first time our order was very good and that was the reason for the second time going there. I uploaded pics.

There was a line when I first Walked in, no one was at the counter another customer had to yell to get someone’s attention. My friend and I order our desserts. I waited Thirty minutes for my MooLatte and small plain cone with sprinkles. I had To go up and ask for it. Then they didn’t get my small cone just handed me an ice cream with some sprinkles. I’ve watched several other people leave with the same items o had but didn’t receive till thirty minutes later. Would not come here!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Snickers Blizzard. Last time I checked, a Snickers Blizzard should have Snickers in it. I was given a cup of plain ice cream. What a joke. Will never go back. Service always sucks here, and I have had it. No more chances given. I’d give zero stars if that was an option.
