Waited an unreasonably long time for my order, even though the place wasn’t busy. No updates, no apology, just standing around wondering if my order was forgotten. Fast food shouldn’t take this long. Very disappointing experience. Also the worker said that I should have come and told her earlier. When I already went up once if I could I would give a half star.

Let me tell yall. Number one, if you want a moo-latte you have to call ahead and ask if they have them. Not because they ever actually run out, but because the person who answers the phone will tell you they do, so when you go and order it the employees can lie and say “we dont have coffe” “our ice cream machine is broken” “we ran out of ice cream” ect.
Number two, do not go inside. It stinks, its gross, but i dont feel it effects the actual food. I’ve never gotten sick after eating here, and it always tastes good.
Number three, they’re not going to get your order right. They cycle through employees so fast that nobody really knows what is what. For example, i ordered a strawberry choco blizzard. They gave me a cheesecake strawberry choco blizzard. I hate cheesecake cake. But maybe i misspoke, or they couldnt hear me, or they just made a mistake. So i ordered the same thing on the mobile app. They gave me the cheesecake version again. I hate it here. I wish it was better funded, i wish they had more employee options, i wish corporations payed attention to rural locations.

Two school busses full of kids in here and they crushed getting ppl thru the line with a smile on their face. On top of that the food came out fast, hot, and fresh.

I had a disappointing experience at Dairy Queen tonight around 8:30. The person taking my order at the drive-thru seemed distracted and difficult to hear. When I got to the window, I was greeted by an older woman who came across as short and impatient. I had to ask for my order to be repeated just to make sure it was right. It felt like the staff was more focused on closing than providing good customer service. After 8 PM, don’t expect much attention—they seem to ignore customers, rush you through the process, and speak so quietly or unclearly that you have to ask them to repeat themselves. On a positive note, the ice cream was still good.

I just left and decided to go to Topeka. My family and I stood in line for 15 minutes not getting recognized or asked if we have been helped. The workers were more interested in talking to their friends or each other. Horrible Horrible service. That to me is not customer service whatsoever.

Stopped by 6/8/25 around 8:30pm and it was dirty and slow service. This place needs a health inspection. It was so gross. We were told no hot food with 6 people working. Even with 6 people it took a very long time to make simple ice cream cones. When we were told no hot food two boys were pretending to fight in the back area clearly not working. When we were leaving 4 staff went to get cups from the shed. Then two decided to hang out and talk afterwards. There was one worker doing her job. I wish I noticed her name because she did all the work and deserved a pat on the back. I can’t believe the rest have jobs. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a food place to leave a review. Please for the health of people clean your building. I wish I would have never spent money here.

It takes at least 25 minutes any time of the day to get food or drinks from this location. Take your money elsewhere before you get trapped in a line of cars.

I was driving through and decided to get a meal on my route to Texas.
I was waiting on my food, and the employee at the window forgot to give me my drink, and I didn’t realize until I was already 5 miles out.
The cheese curds and burger were really good, but after I paid, they closed the window instead of making sure I had everything and before I got my food.
Just stinks I have 7 more hours to drive and will have to pay to get a drink somewhere else.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through to pay for someone else’s order and get a cold burger and fries and the lady at the windows was extremely rude. Don’t go here.

I ordered a dipped chocolate vanilla cone but Le’roy who took my order looked like he hadn’t slept for a week. That’s all fine because I saw on the receipt that he printed it correctly. But when he gave me my ice cream, he didn’t even dip it and to make matters worse, i realized that the ice cream was chocolate flavour after he went back to dip it. I didn’t want to waste food so I ate it. And they dipped my cone so horribly that it was leaking all over my hands
