Hardly anyone there went thru drive thru and order some chicken strips and fries. Immediately ask to pull forward to wait even though we were the only ones in line. Then waited over ten minutes for food!!!! Got food and there was bbq sauce all over everything! AND no napkins at all. Terrible service. Not going back to this one.

I will never go to this location again. First I waited for a while for our food, which I thought well maybe they are making it fresh…When I got my food and drove off I noticed they forgot part of my food and gave me the wrong sauces so I had to drive back and get it, meanwhile our minis are melting everywhere. When I went back I told them I was missing the hot dog and he said it wasn’t on the order so I had to show him the receipt so he would believe me. Then it sounded like a microwave going off and I couldn’t believe it. They stuck the hot dog in the microwave… the bread was tough and couldn’t bite into it and the hot dog was chewy… never again. I’d rather drive miles to another…

Something just wasn’t right! It didn’t smell like a banana. It didn’t feel like a banana… very very dry actually. It didn’t break apart like a banana (see video I’m adding). How can a customer trust that they won’t get sick off the food/treats served? I threw the whole thing away. It wasn’t worth the risk.

Recently their blizzards have been tasting odd. Two months ago I got one that tasted like rotten milk, I told the manager about it and he made me a new one that tasted the exact same. I threw it away and he didn’t even offer a refund. I went back yesterday and the same thing happened, it tasted like rotten milk. I spoke to a Dairy Queen employee from a different location and she said they are probably not cleaning the machines every night or leaving the ice cream bag out too long making it taste weird. Will no longer be going to this location.

Hadn’t been to a DQ in a long time and decided to treat myself. Let me say, the order was a complete disaster. I had to wait for the burger patty, all the while the ice cream sundaes were melting away. Then when the food arrived, the fries were ice cold as were the chicken strips. Plus one would think since I had to wait for the burger, it would have been hot, right? Wrong! It was cold as well. Then they had the sauce wrong for the chicken strips. It was a complete waste of money and time. I’m very disappointed and reminded now of why I had not been there in a long time. Let’s just say….I won’t be returning! DO BETTER DQ – YOU USED TO BE GOOD & RELIABLE!
