The chicken seasoning on the Flamethrower Chicken was incredibly good! Food was at a decent price too, getting it for 7 dollars dor my meal, which is cheaper than basically anywhere else in the area! They were even nice enough to make me a mint milkshake with nothing in it when that’s not even a proper menu item.

The chicken had some tendons that made it pretty stringy and tough in a few spots, but it was still pretty good overall. Place was clean, food was cheap, and can’t complain about much else.

Needs Improvement – Customer Service and Food Quality Below Expectations

This establishment has several areas that need serious attention. The management experience was disappointing—unprofessional and dismissive. One manager came across as arrogant, and a young staff member seemed more focused on socializing than doing his job.

We observed employees chatting for nearly 10 minutes while customers waited in line, delaying service and increasing frustration. When our order was finally ready, the chicken strips were overcooked, and the bread was poorly toasted. The ice cream tasted good but was not prepared or presented well.

This location is mostly kid-friendly. The ice cream is generally a hit with children, but beware of questionable pricing practices. We were charged $1.29 for a small pinch of sprinkles—something most places include or charge a reasonable fee for. It felt excessive, especially considering the manager’s attitude when the charge was questioned.

While the treats themselves are enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired. Improved staff training, better food preparation, and more reasonable pricing on basic add-ons would go a long way in turning things around.

This DQ location needs to seriously revisit its customer service, food consistency, and management standards.

So last night, 12/21/25, I ordered a small blizzard, a package of the pretzels and cheese, and a normal burger with bacon added. I was doing fine all day, felt fine. A couple hours after I eat my order, my stomach started hurting and I started feeling nauseous. Then this morning, 12/22/25, I wake up and I’m still extremely nauseous and throwing up now. Don’t eat
Here, they will give you food poisoning!

We tried to stop for food and sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes waiting. They were to busy talking at the window with someone they knew to take an order. That car sat there talking to them for at least 10 minutes and yes they knew we were waiting!

Came down a few weeks ago with my kids for my dads birthday and came to the DQ here in Warsaw, Mo. My family ordered food and I ordered a mint oreo blizzard.
The gentleman in a black uniform helped take our order and was very polite and patient as my kids ordered their food.
I think he may have been a manager?
He was also kind enough to bring my blizzard to the table while we waited for the rest of our food.
I wish I knew his name so I could thank him properly for the amazing customer service.
We will be coming back again

Always liked Dairy Queen but the service here is terrible, rather hard to get to because of being right next to a very busy Casy’s. The kids working the drive thru don’t know the menu’s or the prices, totally disheartened by the service there .

Kid took my order was very friendly. I tried ordering off the app and he said he didn’t know much about it. He asked his manager. She would not come up and help me. The kid apologize over and over. I ordered the blizzard special cup was half full, ice ream on bottom was running, not much oreos, wasn’t mixed well. Guess who made it….. The Manager….

My husband and I stopped thinking this would be a quick trip, grab some food and get back on the road. However, that was not our experience.

I walked in and placed my order, which was 3 sandwiches. 2 without ketchup, 1 without Mustard. It was rang into the system correctly. My receipt is correct.

While waiting for our food to come out, I watched the guy working the drive thru play around and complain loudly about “how gross some customers are and how they all almost puked “.. which was a great convo to have to listen to while trying ot order food… I then watched several customers who came in after me get their food before me…

When my food came out, I unfortunately didn’t check my food. I should have known better than to drive away before checking it to ensure what was ordered was received.

So instead of the 2 with Mustard, and 1 without. I had 3 without Mustard. Which means that it my MY food that was wrong.
