the service was so good, I almost thought I was in heaven. The cashier was so friendly and helpful, and she even gave me a free Blizzard for my birthday! The food was also amazing. I got a Blizzard with cookies and cream and it was so delicious. I’m definitely going back to Dairy Queen again soon!”

Onion rings are so good here! Chicken tenders delicious. Malts were also good. Our food is always fresh here. Worth waiting for.

There’s no greeting from the staff. Couple of the people who were waiting to deliver the customers food just stood there staring at customers laughing. One staff had 3 ice cream cups against the front of her shirt delivering to the people at the table.

I ordered an app order and normally pick it up through the DT, so today I waited in the line only to be told that I have to come in to get it. So of course you have to pull back out onto 65 and come back around to go inside. Then I waited in the line in the lobby. When I got up there they all looked at me like I was an alien then handed me my blizzard with a taped lid and half melted. No receipt. Not sure I will be back after today. I don’t know what the difference between handing it out in the lobby vs handing it out the drive thru is but obviously that’s an issue.

I had one vehicle in front of me, and she sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take her order. Upon reaching the window, and handing my money to the cashier, she didn’t even say anything.

The food was good, but it was a weird experience going through the drive-thru. The young man helping us didn’t want to talk to us, so we couldn’t explain to him we were missing some of our order. He would open the window and close it quickly. After waiting for 3 or 4 minutes, he opened the window long enough to tell him we needed ketchup, and he quickly closed the door again. He opened the door and gave us the ketchup, and quickly closed the window. We were still missing our blizzard and ice-cream sunday. He was standing right inside the window, staring at the wall while we were still sitting there. He ignored us until another employee approached him and had him look out and see that we were sitting there. We sat there at least another 5 minutes. The whole drive-thru is backed up. He opened the door and we told him we were missing our ice cream. I watched him open a freezer door right in front of him and grabbed our blizzard and gave it to us, and closed the window again. Here we go again because we still don’t have our Sunday!! Another minute or 2, and the employee asked him to check on us, so he opened the window and we 6 him we still needed our sunday. Again, it was in the freezer right in front of him. Not a word was ever spoken from him. We could have been in and out in 5 minutes, but we were there a good 15 minutes, and our food and ice cream was made and waiting the whole time. Like I said… the food was good but the whole experience was really awkward!

I ordered the turtle pecan cluster blizzard and instead of pecans it is full of peanuts. I like peanuts but I would have liked to have been told that they were out of pecans if that’s the case. Definitely doesn’t taste as good without the pecans..
