Drink machine was out of half the drink options, the other options available were very watered down. They had no sweet tea, and after informing two staff members of the quality of taste from their machines they offered me a drink from behind the counter but insisted their drink machine was fine. The drink from behind the counter unfortunately tasted just as bad. It was also noticeably clear staff members were struggling to work together. The food however was very delicious, hot and fresh and was served within a reasonable time so not a completely troublesome visit.

Don’t usually rate fast food joints, but this one deserves a hit. “DM” patiently served our family of 5 with accuracy and cordiality. Everything was fresh and delivered exactly as ordered.

Placed a mobile order and saw a different flavor option for the chicken tenders when we pulled up to the window. The man at the drive through window refused to change the flavor even though we offered to pay.

They tried to tell me my wasn’t there then they ignored me and when I showed them screenshot of my order confirmation the suddenly apologized and said they found my order on the screen. Multiple people came in got their orders before they even gave me mine no sorry for the wait or anything. Then the soda fountain only had limited selection because everything was out. Over all worst experience ever.

The ice cream is always delicious and the food is okay, but the customer service… I’m truly impressed by how some people choose to exercise free will. Needless to say It’s always an interesting experience when we get up to the window.

While the sign on I70 east bound showed it at the exit, it took driving almost 4miles before I came into the town it was located. Not a super big deal, but would’ve been nice to have known it would cost me the extra time. Service wasn’t bad, they just felt rushed or overwhelmed when it didn’t seem all that busy. Otherwise a good DQ.

I never had a problem with this specific dairy queen until I made a delivery order. And the door dash driver contacted me 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be at my door. I tried canceling the order online to get reimbursement for what I had paid with the order and delivery fee. But the website said to contact the direct store the order was made with. At first the delivery driver told me they were having a maintenance problem. Then 30 minutes later said it was an electrical problem. I understand the delivery driver was just as confused with what was going on as I was. I contacted the store twice and they said they didn’t have the order anymore and it wasn’t possible for them to cancel it or to refund me what I had spent. So I had to make a formal complaint with dairy queen headquarters. Hopefully the store owner will help to rectify the situation and reimburse the charges that had already been taken from my card. I think the door dash driver needs a raise. The driver was turned away yet they still waited, trying to get the order for me.The driver and dairy queen headquarters were the only ones that were helping me to resolve the situation.

$40 order almost all wrong. I ordered 2 piece kids tender and got a hamburger, chicken basket meal no drink, #7 meal no fries or drink. And no receipt to prove anything! Won’t be going back!!!!

They pre-made the sundaes and put them in the freezer. This makes the famous soft serve horrible. Fries were cold. Girl in the drive thru seemed upset that we had to ask her twice for ketchup.
