Visited on a Sunday evening after placing an online order. When we arrived there were two other people waiting in line, one was a DoorDash driver. We let her know we were there for pickup (ordered 6 meals) and waited around 25 minutes (despite the app saying it was ready before we arrived). Meanwhile the entire time we stood there the food was ready and sitting under the heat lamps.. just waiting on drinks and ice cream. We overheard someone in the kitchen being rude to the cashier, when she was truly trying her best. Her customer service wasn’t good, she didn’t greet anyone, or smile, or communicate, but she definitely doesn’t deserve to be mistreated.
We finally got the food and counted everything, made sure it was all accounted for and noticed we were missing a water bottle and an ice cream cone. They gave us the items quickly at that point. When arriving home, besides the food being completely cold, our sauces not in the bags, and the burger I ordered was incorrect (ordered a cheeseburger and received a bacon cheeseburger), the mint oreo blizzard was also not mixed well. Overall, I think the team members at this DQ require additional training and I cannot recommend this place to others unless you’re ordering something very very simple and don’t mind waiting.

Received my daughter’s birthday cake with a handprint in the side, smashed into the cake box because it was so off center, covered in freezer burn, and charged more than what was quoted online for the exact design after taxes.
Immediately wanted to return it untouched, and was told that isn’t an option and couldn’t explain where the extra charge came from.
Eventually offered a 10$ gift certificate to be mailed for somewhere far from where I live.
Why would I go back to where you ruined my daughter’s birthday cake after I paid 20 more than I originally wanted to then overcharged more for your inability to create what was offered on your website?

Ordered a 4pc flamethrower tender meal and only got 3 tenders one of which was basically half the size. Really disappointed as I usually enjoy this location

This family owned franchise has always done a good job of hiring friendly employees who are passionate about making good quality fast food. Orders done correctly and with expediency. We always have a good time when we come to Dairy Queen. How can you not have a good time with a blizzard. Well and onion rings are top notch. And I’m a huge fan of the flame Thor.

Please hire employees with manners or train them to interact with customers respectfully — “Yes ma’am”, “Yes sir”, “I’ll have that right out for you”, etc. The lazy toned “I gotchu” while already half turned around and walking away from the register, after helping a customer, is disrespectful. I grew up going to this Dairy Queen and hate to see it deteriorate by ill-mannered staff.

Asking for a 20% tip on a drive thru fast food order is actually insane. Asking for a tip on any fast food order is crazy. Stop asking for tips when you’re doing the bare minimum.

Shoutout to dairy queen for generously providing the fossilized pretzel sticks ✌️ (The “chocolate” blizzard that was just straight vanilla was the perfect companion to go with them)
Legitimately, though, this location is usually slammed and you can easily wait 15-20 mins for food. Usually it’s good, but there’s a 50% chance you’ll just get vanilla ice cream when you order chocolate, which sucks for those of us who hate the flavor of vanilla. Employees are definitely super busy and I sympathize with the stress of the job, but man, it’s not cheap to eat out anymore, and if I’m just paying for pretzels with a high chance of shattering a tooth, it’s getting a lil ridiculous.
I can at least recommend the cheeseburgers. Whoever works the grill has their life together

Just went by to get my free Dilly Bar for completing a survey. Counter person was very prompt, polite and didn’t try to sell me anything on top of the free item. He brought one of each possibility (chocolate or cherry shell) for me to choose from.
