Dairy Queen is awesome and their ice cream is just as good. They’re cheap curds are also really good. I got some of those because my partner in crime couldn’t finish them.

The staff was super kind and the store is clean. The food was good too.
The burger was missing the extra patties and they made us a new one but threw away the one that was not made right.
We just thought that was a waste of product.

Dairy Queen on business loop. Seems like this is been here forever probably because of good management. Good ownership, very clean very nice service. Can’t go wrong with the blizzards very good!

Stuck 1 hour and 10 minutes in a drive through line that wasn’t moving. Only then I got to order an it took 6 times for her to get it right. Don’t go here. Food was cold when I got it. Except for the blizzard. It was melted

I recently ordered three blizzards from this Dairy Queen through DoorDash delivery, and I must say, I was thoroughly pleased with the experience. The delivery was remarkably swift, and I was delighted to find that the ice cream had not melted at all, a common issue I’ve encountered when ordering ice cream from other establishments. Furthermore, the DoorDash driver was both kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this Dairy Queen and will certainly be ordering from them again in the future.

The website said they were supposed to be open till 10:00. The drive-thru that is and yet I went there at 9:00 and when I drove up some dude said they were closed. There was some pickup parked in front of the drive-thru window. I couldn’t even get out. I had to back out really carefully. Thanks a lot dairy Queen for being so lame.

Ordered food for pickup inside, food said it would be ready on the app at 7:32, yet got an email saying that the order was not transmitted properly but arrived in a different way due to my use of a credit card? So I arrived at 7:37 and the doors were locked, so I went through the drive thru, they had me pull up and had to wait, then forgot to give me ranch for my cheese curds. So I had to pull back around through the drive thru, when I asked for ranch they said how many, so I said 4 (probably didn’t need that many but hey they asked) they tried to charge me for ranch, so I told them they forgot it in my order, then asked if I had the receipt, to which they never gave me, so I told them the name for the order, to which they looked at my order and said “I can give you one ranch for the cheese curds” like sorry, didn’t realize DQ was so broke they couldn’t give me extra ranch whenever they forgot it in the first place, and made me go all the way through the drive through a second time. I ordered my food through the app at 7:21, it’s 8:08 and I’m just now getting home with my food, and I live 3 miles from DQ. Long story short, don’t use the app, it’s almost comical, and good luck finding a simple complaint form. Whoever owns this store needs to tell its managers that they can be nice to customers when their orders weren’t done correctly. Good customer service keeps customers, and I will be making sure to avoid this location due to that. It’s ranch for crying out loud, and what happened to good customer service? I love DQ’s burgers and not every location is like this, that’s why I’m giving it two stars.
Edit: Just opened my burger, to which I asked no ranch on, and there is ranch on it. The irony is unreal lol I definitely won’t be returning to this location: DQ on Business Loop in Columbia, Missouri
